How does the brush spin?

The brush does not require batteries or electricity. It features an internal water turbine. The pressurized water flowing from your machine physically pushes the turbine blades, causing the brush head to spin rapidly.

Is it safe to use on dark car paint?

What does 'D12 Quick Release' mean?

D12 is Kranzle's proprietary, modern quick-connect system. It uses a specialized plug that snaps directly into a D12 trigger gun. If you have an older Kranzle machine with M22 screw threads, this brush will not fit without a D12-to-M22 adapter.

Why is the maximum pressure only 20 Bar?

The brush is designed for washing, not blasting. The internal mechanism restricts the high pressure (dropping it to around 20 Bar) so that the water gently flows through the bristles to rinse the dirt away safely while the brush spins.

Can I use hot water through this brush?

You can use lukewarm water up to a maximum of 35°C. Running boiling hot water through the brush will melt the internal plastic turbine and deform the soft synthetic bristles.

Will this brush fit my Karcher or Gerni?

No. The D12 plug is exclusive to Kranzle professional pressure washers. It will not fit into domestic Karcher or Gerni plastic trigger guns.

Does it dispense soap?

The brush itself does not have a soap tank. However, if your Kranzle pressure washer has a built-in chemical injector, the low-pressure output of the brush will pull the soap through the machine and out through the bristles.

How long is the extension?

The stainless steel metal shaft attached to the brush is 500mm (half a metre) long. When combined with your trigger gun, it provides excellent reach for cleaning caravan roofs and tall windows.

Can the brush head be replaced when the bristles wear out?

Yes, Kranzle manufactures professional equipment. If the soft bristles eventually wear down after years of washing, the specific 180mm brush head component can be replaced without buying the entire lance again.

Will this work on a machine with only 8 Litres per minute flow?

The internal turbine requires a minimum flow rate of 10 Litres per minute to spin effectively. If your machine produces less than 10 L/min, the brush will not spin fast enough to clean properly.

Is the metal pole rust-proof?

Yes, the 500mm extension pole is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring it will never rust despite constantly having water flowing through it.
