SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Freshway Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides delivery services across Australia and selected international locations. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed on our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the delivery terms set out in this policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and stock availability has been confirmed. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, sales events or public holidays, processing times may be longer.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. The final freight amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Certain products — such as chemicals, liquids, powders and bulky equipment — are excluded from free shipping offers and may incur additional charges.
For international shipping (including New Zealand), please contact us directly for a freight quote.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier service used. As a general guide, metro areas typically receive orders within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas, including SA, WA, NT and TAS, may take longer.

Delivery estimates are approximate only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

4. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES AND AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

For residential deliveries, we may request authority to leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available at the time of delivery. This helps avoid re-delivery fees and delays.
To minimise delivery issues, we recommend providing a business address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us before dispatch. Additional charges may apply.
Unless otherwise arranged, deliveries may be left at the premises at the courier’s discretion.

5. BULKY, CHEMICAL AND RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

Items such as oversized equipment, heavy machinery, liquids, chemicals and powders require special handling and are excluded from free shipping promotions.
Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses and must be sent to a physical street address.
Additional freight charges may apply for rural, remote or difficult-to-access locations.

6. CLICK & COLLECT (PICKUP)

Click & Collect is available from our Arncliffe warehouse by prior arrangement only. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you by email or phone.
Click & Collect is strictly for pickup only. If it is selected in error for an order requiring shipping, we will contact you to confirm delivery options and any applicable charges.
Misuse of Click & Collect to avoid shipping fees may result in order delays or cancellation.

7. PO BOXES AND REMOTE LOCATIONS

We cannot ship bulky, oversized or dangerous goods to PO Box addresses. A physical delivery address is required.
Deliveries to remote regions — including parts of TAS, WA, NT and SA — may require additional transit time or extra freight charges. If additional fees apply, we will contact you before dispatch.

8. LOSS, DAMAGE OR TRANSIT ISSUES

Once an order has been handed to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

If your parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged:
please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.

replacements, repairs or refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Freshway Supplies is not directly liable for courier delays or issues outside our reasonable control.

9. SAME-DAY DELIVERY (SYDNEY METRO)

Same-day delivery within Sydney Metro may be available for an additional fee. Availability depends on:

stock levels
courier schedules

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, courier adjustments or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

How long does delivery take?
Most metro orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Estimated times are shown in the Business Days to Delivery table on this page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and weight. Bulky items and chemicals may attract additional freight charges.
Do you offer free shipping?
Some orders may qualify for free shipping excluding chemicals, liquids, powders and bulky items. These items attract additional charges regardless of order value.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Bulky or oversized products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for these orders.
Can my parcel be left if I am not home?
Yes. We may request authority to leave your parcel in a safe location to avoid re-delivery fees. You can request a signature on delivery by contacting us before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to New Zealand and selected international locations. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with courier tracking details where available.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available within Sydney Metro for an additional fee, depending on stock availability and courier capacity.
What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged?
If your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a refund, replacement or repair where applicable.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Arncliffe warehouse by prior arrangement. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
