Agar Novadet 5L Low-Alkaline Detergent – Commercial Floor Cleaner
Execute highly efficient, large-scale daily floor maintenance and achieve a flawless, residue-free presentation with the highly versatile Agar Novadet Low-Alkaline Detergent Concentrate. In the demanding commercial retail, hospitality, and corporate office sectors, relying on highly aggressive, cheap floor soaps is a massive operational failure. Strong chemicals permanently strip the glossy shine from sealed floors, and leave sticky residues that actively attract new dirt, causing the floor to look filthy within hours. This professional-grade commercial floor cleaner provides the ultimate, protective solution. Engineered as a highly concentrated, low-alkaline formula, it effortlessly lifts heavy food spills, sticky beverages, and daily traffic grime, while remaining incredibly gentle on expensive, highly polished floor finishes.
Designed for absolute worksite versatility and uncompromising operator safety, the Agar Novadet acts as the absolute gold standard for maintaining sensitive surfaces such as polished marble, slate, terrazzo, and glossy sealed vinyl. It is heavily equipped with highly biodegradable surfactants that evaporate completely cleanly, meaning the floor requires absolutely no secondary rinsing after mopping. Leaving behind a highly pleasant, fresh Rose fragrance, these premium commercial cleaning supplies and daily detergents provide facility managers and housekeeping teams with an indispensable, highly economical asset for ensuring massive corporate and public venues maintain an immaculate, protective, five-star presentation.
Who Is Agar Novadet Detergent Ideal For?
The Agar Novadet delivers a low-alkaline (pH 9) formula, residue-free drying, and a refreshing rose scent. It is highly recommended for:
-
Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Utilizing a highly robust, multi-surface commercial floor cleaner to rapidly mop expansive corporate office foyers and retail showrooms. The residual-free formula ensures the floor dries to a brilliant shine without dulling the expensive acrylic floor sealer.
-
Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities: Relying on the gentle, low-alkaline action to safely clean highly polished vinyl corridors. The fresh rose fragrance significantly improves the indoor environment, neutralizing stale odors without triggering chemical sensitivities in patients.
-
Hospitality & Hotel Housekeeping: Taking absolute advantage of its safety on natural stone. Housekeepers can use the exact same chemical to mop the high-end marble lobby, wipe down slate tiles, and sanitize sealed timber flooring rapidly without causing chemical etching.
-
Facility OH&S Managers: Deploying premium commercial cleaning supplies that prioritize environmental compliance. The highly biodegradable formulation ensures the facility's massive wastewater runoff does not severely damage municipal water treatment plants.
Key Features and Performance Benefits:
-
Low-Alkaline Formulation (pH 9): The ultimate daily maintenance advantage. It is aggressive enough to instantly break the chemical bond of food spills and oils, but gentle enough to ensure it does not permanently strip, dull, or damage delicate acrylic floor sealers (wax) or natural stone.
-
Flawless Residual-Free Finish: Prioritizes visual presentation. Standard floor soaps leave a sticky film that traps shoe dirt. This advanced surfactant blend evaporates completely cleanly, ensuring the floor maintains its original, high-gloss shine long after it has dried, without requiring a freshwater rinse.
-
Highly Concentrated Value: Reduces ongoing commercial overheads. The Novadet formula is incredibly strong and cost-effective. It can be diluted to just ¼ cup per 10L bucket for light daily mopping, providing exceptional, massive square-meter coverage per 5-Litre drum.
-
Autoscrubber Compatible: Maximizes worksite efficiency. The liquid is specifically formulated to perform flawlessly inside the solution tanks of massive commercial ride-on or walk-behind autoscrubbers, ensuring high-speed mechanical cleaning across massive warehouses and supermarkets.
-
Fresh Rose Fragrance: Enhances the working environment. Unlike harsh industrial solvents that leave a strong, burning chemical odor, this cleaner leaves a subtle, elegant floral scent, signaling to patrons that the area has been professionally detailed.
