Product Description

Cleanstar MIRA 40 Cordless Scrubber Dryer – Auto Floor Scrubber

Instantly execute flawless, massive-scale floor restoration, completely eradicate hazardous, trailing power cords, and violently strip heavy industrial grime in a single pass with the highly formidable Cleanstar MIRA 40 Cordless Scrubber Dryer. In the demanding commercial contract cleaning sector, using traditional mops is agonizingly slow, highly unhygienic, and leaves floors dangerously wet. This elite, Italian-made auto floor scrubber entirely revolutionizes commercial hard floor hygiene. Operating with a massive 410mm cleaning width and an aggressive 30kg of brush pressure, it violently scrubs black mold, thick grease, and severe scuff marks out of the floor, before the integrated reversible squeegee system instantly vacuums the dirty water away, leaving the surface impeccably dry and safe to walk on immediately.

Engineered for unparalleled worksite endurance and ultimate operator agility, the MIRA 40 features a highly advanced, 360º controlled inclination system, allowing the machine to steer effortlessly and glide completely flat under extremely low retail shelving and tight toilet cubicles. It is powered by an incredibly robust 36V Lithium-Ion battery system; crucially, this kit includes a BONUS second battery. This allows you to hot-swap power on the fly, delivering an absolutely colossal combined runtime of up to 3 hours (or 8 hours on low-speed polishing). Built upon a heavy-duty stainless steel frame and featuring intelligent 'Eco' water-saving modes, this premium battery floor scrubber is the definitive, uncompromising weapon for facility managers demanding absolute perfection.

Who Is The Cleanstar MIRA 40 Scrubber Dryer Ideal For?

The MIRA 40 delivers a 410mm scrub path, twin lithium batteries, and 30kg of brush pressure. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Utilizing a highly advanced auto floor scrubber to drastically slash labor times on massive jobs, achieving a flawless, dry finish on massive office and supermarket floors instantly.
Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities: Relying on the aggressive 30kg brush pressure and instant water extraction to clinically sanitize hospital corridors, ensuring absolute 100% hygienic sanitation without leaving dangerous slip hazards.
Retail Stores & Supermarkets: Taking absolute advantage of the 360º controlled inclination handle to effortlessly scrub tight supermarket aisles and glide directly underneath low retail display shelving without moving stock.
School & University Janitors: Deploying the battery floor scrubber with its massive twin-battery runtime to rapidly deep-clean massive school gymnasiums and dining halls entirely cord-free.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Devastating 30kg Brush Pressure: The ultimate hard floor restoration tool. The heavy-duty twin brushes push down with 30kg of sheer physical force, violently lifting heavy scuff marks and deep-seated grime out of porous tiles and concrete instantly.
Massive Twin-Battery Runtime: Complete, unbroken commercial endurance. The kit includes TWO 36V lithium batteries. Swap them instantly to achieve up to 3 hours of heavy scrubbing, or an astonishing 8 hours on low-speed polishing mode.
Instant Floor Drying (Reversible Squeegee): As you push the machine forward, it scrubs. As you pull it backward, the heavy-duty squeegee and vacuum motor instantly suck the dirty water into the 5L recovery tank, leaving the floor completely dry.
Intelligent 3-Speed Brush Control: Absolute precision at your fingertips. You can digitally select 145, 175, or 220 RPM directly from the control panel, allowing you to perfectly match the scrubbing aggression to delicate vinyl or rock-hard concrete.
Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Frame: Engineered for extreme worksite survival. The core chassis is forged from solid stainless steel, aggressively resisting rust, chemical corrosion, and violent impacts on brutal commercial jobsites.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the machine actually dry the floor?

The MIRA 40 is a complete 'Scrubber Dryer'. As the brushes scrub the floor, a highly advanced rubber squeegee system sits just behind them. A powerful internal vacuum motor pulls suction through the squeegee, instantly ripping the dirty water off the floor and depositing it into the recovery tank.

What is the advantage of having TWO lithium batteries?

Massive commercial uptime. While you use one battery to scrub the floor for 90 minutes, the second battery can sit on the charger. When the first dies, you instantly 'hot-swap' the batteries, allowing you to clean massive facilities indefinitely without waiting for a recharge.

What does the '360º Controlled Inclination' mean?

The main handle is connected via a highly specialized joint. It allows the massive steering column to be dropped completely flat to the floor in any direction, meaning you can easily push the heavy scrubbing head deep underneath very low retail shelves or beds.

Can I use bleach or highly foaming chemicals in the tank?

Absolutely NOT. Highly foaming supermarket detergents will create massive suds that bypass the float valve and instantly destroy the expensive internal vacuum motor. You MUST strictly use specialized, 'low-foaming' commercial autoscrubber detergents.

How long do the lithium batteries take to charge?

The heavy-duty 36V 13Ah lithium batteries typically require several hours to reach a full 100% charge, which is why the inclusion of the second bonus battery is a massive commercial advantage for continuous operation.

Is 30kg of brush pressure strong?

It is incredibly aggressive for a machine of this size. 30kg of physical downward pressure, combined with the 220 RPM high-speed rotation, allows the brushes to violently cut through heavy, baked-on grease and severe forklift tire marks.

What is 'Eco Mode'?

Accessible via the digital control panel, Eco Mode highly optimizes and restricts the water flow from the 3L clean tank. It is designed for daily, light maintenance cleaning, allowing you to stretch the 3L of water to cover massive areas without constantly refilling.

Will this clean grout lines on a tiled floor?

Yes. The included Medium Blue brushes feature highly durable bristles designed to flex and reach deep into the porous grout lines of commercial tile floors, violently spinning the black dirt and mold out of the crevices.

How do I empty the dirty water?

The 5L dirty water recovery tank is highly accessible. You simply detach the tank or use the integrated dump hose to safely pour the filthy, extracted mud directly down a janitorial sink or floor grate without touching it.

Are the squeegee blades replaceable?

Yes. Furthermore, the squeegee blades are 'reversible'. They have 4 usable edges. When the front edge wears down and stops drying perfectly, you simply unclip it, flip it around to a fresh edge, and instantly restore 100% suction performance.

Can I use this on delicate timber floors?

You must be highly cautious. Using 30kg of pressure and heavy water on unsealed or delicate timber can cause devastating damage. You must ensure you use 'Soft' brushes (sold separately) and restrict the water flow entirely.

Do you offer trade pricing for large cleaning franchises?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial cleaning contractors, shopping center facility managers, and hospital housekeeping teams ordering bulk auto scrubbers. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
