Frequently Asked Questions

How does Flash Dry prevent streaks compared to supermarket glass cleaners?

Agar Flash Dry uses a professional-grade alcohol base rather than soaps or heavy surfactants. This means the cleaner evaporates completely without leaving a thin film of detergent behind, which is the primary cause of streaks and smudging.

What is the benefit of the anti-static feature?

When you wipe a surface, you often create a static charge that acts like a magnet for dust. Flash Dry contains agents that neutralize this charge, keeping dust from settling back onto the surface immediately after cleaning.

Can I use Agar Flash Dry on computer screens or TV monitors?

We do not recommend it for sensitive LED, LCD, or plasma screens, as the alcohol content can damage certain specialized anti-glare coatings. It is designed for glass, mirrors, and hard metal surfaces.

Is Flash Dry safe for tinted windows on vehicles?

For factory-tinted glass, it is generally safe. However, for aftermarket film-applied tints, you should always test a small area first or use an ammonia-free cleaner, although Flash Dry is formulated to be much gentler than standard ammonia cleaners.

Do I need to dilute this product?

Agar Flash Dry is designed to be used 'as-is' (neat) for maximum evaporation speed and cleaning power. Diluting it with water will reduce its rapid-drying properties and may lead to streaking.

Can it be used as a stainless steel cleaner in kitchens?

Yes, it is excellent for removing fingerprints and smudges from stainless steel fridges, lift doors, and splashbacks. It leaves a dry, non-oily finish, which is often preferred over oil-based stainless steel polishes.

Is the fragrance overpowering for office environments?

No. Flash Dry has a very mild, clean scent that dissipates quickly along with the alcohol carrier, making it ideal for use in enclosed office spaces or retail environments during business hours.

Is it classified as a dangerous good for storage purposes?

No. Agar Flash Dry is classified as Non-Dangerous Goods, meaning it does not require specialized chemical storage cabinets or extra safety placards, simplifying your workplace health and safety compliance.

What kind of cloth should I use for the best results?

For a truly flawless finish, we recommend using a clean, dry microfibre cloth or a high-quality lint-free paper towel. Change the cloth surface frequently to avoid reapplying trapped oils to the glass.

Do you offer trade pricing for professional cleaning businesses?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides competitive trade and bulk pricing for cleaning contractors, facility managers, and commercial accounts. Contact us for a volume quote.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
