Actichem Performance Plus AP452 is a premium wool-safe carpet prespray detergent engineered for professional carpet cleaning across commercial, domestic and institutional environments in Australia. Designed for use on both wool and synthetic fibres, this neutral pH formulation delivers powerful soil suspension while remaining fibre safe and low in odour.

Combining advanced grease-cutting chemistry with innovative anti-resoiling polymer technology, Performance Plus lifts embedded soils and prevents dirt from re-attaching during extraction, keeping carpets cleaner for longer.

Dilution & Application Guidelines

  • Pump-Up Sprayer: 15–30ml per litre (approx. 1:32–1:64)
  • Hydroforce (Heavy Soil): 1:9 tip with 750ml–1.4L in 5L container
  • Hydroforce (Moderate Soil): 1:32 tip diluted 1:1

Pre-vacuum thoroughly before application. Apply evenly and allow 5–10 minutes dwell time without letting the solution dry. Extract using appropriate rinse solution such as Emulsifier Plus, Extracta Pro or Rinse Pro depending on fibre type.
