Actichem Instagloss AP422 is a professional high-gloss acrylic polymer floor polish engineered to deliver a brilliant wet-look finish with outstanding durability. Designed for commercial and institutional environments, it provides long-lasting protection against traffic wear, scuffing and black heel marks while maintaining exceptional clarity and shine.

Fast-drying and easy to apply, Instagloss can be used directly on most resilient surfaces or applied over Instaseal as a base coat system for enhanced performance on porous stone and polished concrete.

Application Guidelines

Dilution: Ready to use.

Preparation:

Strip old polish and wax residues
Rinse thoroughly and allow surface to dry completely

Application:

Apply 3–5 thin coats depending on porosity and traffic levels
If Instaseal base coat is used, apply 2–3 coats of Instagloss
Allow 30–40 minutes drying between coats
Apply each coat at right angles to ensure even coverage
Allow minimum 12 hours before returning to normal use

Coverage: Approximately 50–80m² per litre per coat depending on surface porosity.
