Kerrick Pressure Cleaners, Vacuums and Genuine Parts

Kerrick is one of those Australian names that everyone in commercial cleaning recognises and very few people can buy new any more. That changes what an article about the brand is for: not a range guide, but a map of what still fits and where to get it.

What Kerrick is now, and why it matters for parts

Kerrick is an Australian commercial and industrial cleaning equipment brand whose products now sit with Nilfisk in this market, which is why searches for the name return Nilfisk pages. Practically, that means the machines are still supported and the consumables — hoses, surface cleaners, tools, bags and filters — are still orderable.

Prices are Freshway catalogue prices as at 16 September 2026 and are subject to change. Confirm the current price, and whether GST applies, before quoting.

Surface cleaners: the accessory that defines the job

A surface cleaner replaces a lance for large flat areas. It encloses the jet inside a rotating head, so the operator walks the machine rather than sweeping a spray, and the result is an even clean with far less overspray and less water. Size is the decision: the wider the head, the fewer passes, and the more machine you need behind it.

Kerrick surface cleaners we stock
Model Size and material Price
KSC14/W 355 mm stainless steel, with wheels A$368.50
KSC18/W 460 mm, rated to 4000 PSI, with wheels A$654.50
KSC20/W Whirl-a-way 20 inch, ABS body, with wheels A$899.00
KSC20SS/W Whirl-a-way 20 inch, stainless steel A$1,270.50
KSC22SS/W 550 mm stainless steel, with wheels A$1,738.00

The material choice is about the environment rather than the cleaning result. ABS is lighter and cheaper and suits general work; stainless steel is what you specify where the machine lives near salt, food production or repeated chemical exposure. Our pressure washer accessories range carries the wider fitting set.

Extraction machines still in the range

The Sabrina range is the part of Kerrick that commercial carpet and upholstery cleaners still know, and both models are supported.

Kerrick extraction machines and tools
Item Type Price
Kerrick Sabrina carpet shampoo extractor and spot cleaner Combined extraction machine A$2,199.00
Kerrick Sabrina Maxi carpet shampooer and spot cleaner Larger capacity A$4,433.00
Kerrick upholstery hand tool complete, VP00752 Hand tool for stairs and furniture A$191.47
Kerrick upholstery tool, aluminium, SNS00010A Hand tool, aluminium body A$337.00
Kerrick upholstery tool, plastic body, SNS00010PN Hand tool, plastic body A$328.33

Note the pattern in the hand tools: the aluminium and plastic bodies differ by less than A$10 in our catalogue, and the aluminium version is the one that survives being dropped on a commercial job. It is the cheapest upgrade in the category.

Vacuums, hoses and filters

On the vacuum side the brand lives on through consumables, and these are the parts that decide whether an older machine stays in service.

  • Hoses — genuine Riviera hose complete, VP02568, at A$474.84, which suits Riviera, Lava and Garage models.
  • Cloth filter bags — VP02845 for the commercial wet and dry range at A$119.00, and VP02860 covering VH503PL, Roky 115 and Roky 315 at A$94.58.
  • Paper and synthetic bags — our own Freshway bags for VAX, Kerrick and Piranha VP482 models from A$6.00, which is the practical answer where the OEM bag is out of stock.
  • Shoulder straps — Piggy Vac and Kerrick backpack straps at A$39.95.

Servicing discontinued-brand equipment

The economics of an older commercial machine are straightforward: a hose, a bag or a tool at a few hundred dollars against several thousand for a replacement. What makes that decision possible is parts availability, and the reason we hold Kerrick consumables is that the alternative is scrapping a machine that has years left in it. Our service and repair team handles Kerrick and Nilfisk equipment.

Safety and pressure cleaning

High pressure cleaning carries real injury risk — jet injuries, and injuries from the surfaces being cleaned rather than the water itself. SafeWork NSW covers the isolation and guarding principles for the equipment in its machinery and equipment guidance, and the chemicals and other substances reference covers the detergent side where products are decanted.

Questions we get asked most

Can you still get Kerrick parts in Australia?
Yes for the parts we list and for much of the wider Kerrick consumable set, including hoses, filter bags, upholstery tools and surface cleaners. Send us the part number or the machine model and we will confirm what is available.
Is Kerrick still made?
Kerrick products are supported through Nilfisk in this market, which is why a search for the name returns Nilfisk pages. Our catalogue carries Kerrick-branded surface cleaners, extraction machines, hand tools and consumables rather than a full new-machine range.
Which Kerrick surface cleaner should I buy?
Size by the area and the machine behind it. The 355 mm KSC14/W at A$368.50 suits smaller pressure cleaners and confined areas, while the 460 mm KSC18/W at A$654.50 is rated to 4000 PSI for larger flat work.
Do Kerrick vacuum bags have substitutes?
Often yes, and we supply both. Our Freshway paper and synthetic bags suit VAX, Kerrick and Piranha VP482 models from A$6.00, which is useful where the OEM consumable is unavailable at short notice.
Is a Kerrick Sabrina worth repairing?
Usually yes. A hand tool at A$191.47 or a hose at A$474.84 against the price of a new extraction machine is a repair every time, provided the pump and motor are sound. If they are not, we will say so rather than sell parts into a machine that is finished.
