Product Description

Wessel-Werk Combination Floor Tool Wide Pick-Up (32mm) – Vacuum Cleaner Head

Instantly execute flawless, dual-surface commercial vacuuming, completely eradicate the frustrating delay of switching accessories, and drastically accelerate your floor cleaning times with the highly formidable Wessel-Werk Combination Floor Tool (FTW132-1). In the grueling commercial contract cleaning sector, vacuuming an office that transitions constantly from thick boardroom carpet to hard kitchen tiles is agonizingly slow if you have to constantly change the vacuum head. This elite, German-engineered vacuum cleaner head acts as your ultimate, high-efficiency extraction weapon. Specifically designed with a massive 'Wide Pick-Up' channel, it violently rips heavy dirt, paper clips, and thick dust from dense carpets, providing absolute, uncompromising airflow efficiency without snow-plowing debris.

Engineered for unparalleled industrial survival and ultimate operator comfort, the Wessel-Werk D306 completely abandons cheap, restrictive plastics. It features a highly intelligent, foot-operated brush pedal, allowing the operator to instantly deploy heavy-duty bristles to sweep hard polished floors, or retract them to violently deep-clean carpets without ever bending over. Designed with a universal 32mm fitment, it connects flawlessly to all major commercial backpack and canister vacuums (including Pacvac and Cleanstar models). Trusted globally by professional cleaning fleets, this premium German-made commercial vacuum floor tool is the definitive, non-negotiable upgrade for serious cleaners demanding blistering speed and relentless durability.

Who Is The Wessel-Werk Wide Pick-Up Floor Tool Ideal For?

The FTW132-1 delivers a massive wide suction channel, foot-pedal brush deployment, and premium German construction. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Utilizing a highly advanced vacuum cleaner head to rapidly weave through complex office environments, seamlessly transitioning from thick carpets to hard tiles without stopping to change tools.
Hospitality & Hotel Housekeeping: Relying on the incredibly wide pick-up channel to ensure massive debris and heavy dirt are instantly swallowed by the vacuum, drastically slashing the time it takes to clean expansive hotel lobbies.
School & University Janitors: Taking absolute advantage of the heavy-duty, high-impact German polymer construction to ensure the tool easily survives the brutal, daily physical abuse of smashing into classroom desks.
Existing 32mm Fleet Owners: Deploying the premium commercial vacuum floor tool as a direct, high-performance upgrade for worn-out accessories on their Pacvac Superpro, Thrift, or domestic 32mm vacuums.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Advanced Wide Pick-Up Channel: Engineered for extreme worksite efficiency. The extra-wide frontal suction mouth allows the tool to easily swallow large commercial debris, paper clips, and heavy gravel without the tool acting like a bulldozer and just pushing the dirt forward.
Seamless Dual-Surface Pedal: The ultimate commercial labor-saver. A heavy-duty foot rocker switch allows you to instantly drop a row of thick bristles to sweep hard floors, or retract them to violently suck dirt out of carpets, without ever bending your back.
Premium German Manufacturing: Built for brutal worksite survival. Wessel-Werk is globally recognized as the pinnacle of vacuum accessory engineering. Forged from high-impact ABS plastics, this genuine part easily survives years of relentless commercial abuse.
Universal 32mm Commercial Fitment: Engineered for absolute fleet versatility. The neck is perfectly sized to slide onto any standard 32mm commercial vacuum wand, ensuring an incredibly secure, airtight connection for massive extraction machines.
Optimized Internal Airflow: Total extraction power. The internal air channels are mathematically angled to maintain an absolute, airtight seal against the floor, guaranteeing 100% of the vacuum's power is violently ripped into the nozzle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does '32mm Fitment' actually mean?

32mm refers to the internal diameter of the neck on this floor tool. It is designed to slide perfectly onto any standard commercial vacuum cleaner metal wand (pole) that has a 32mm outer diameter. This is the industry standard for Pacvac and many other commercial brands.

What makes this a 'Wide Pick-Up' tool?

Standard floor tools have a very narrow slit underneath for suction, causing them to push large debris like paper clips forward like a snowplow. This Wessel-Werk D306 features a massive, widened front suction mouth designed to instantly swallow large, heavy debris flawlessly.

How do I switch from carpet to hard floors?

The tool features a highly robust, dual-action foot pedal on top. When you step on one side, a row of thick bristles drops down to sweep hard tiles without scratching. Step on the other side, and the bristles retract so the smooth base can glide over thick carpets.

Will this fit my Dyson or Shark vacuum?

Absolutely NOT. Domestic brands like Dyson and Shark use highly proprietary, odd-shaped clips and electrical connectors. This tool utilizes a simple, standard 32mm round friction-fit, designed explicitly for commercial canister and backpack vacuums.

Is Wessel-Werk a good brand?

Wessel-Werk is universally recognized as the absolute 'Gold Standard' in global vacuum accessory manufacturing. Made in Germany, their floor tools are heavily engineered for maximum airflow efficiency and terrifying commercial durability.

Will this scratch my polished timber floors?

No. When you engage the foot pedal to drop the brushes down, the soft, heavy-duty bristles physically lift the hard plastic base off the ground, allowing you to safely sweep highly delicate polished timber floors without inflicting catastrophic scratches.

Can I use this on wet floors?

Absolutely NOT. This floor tool is strictly designed for 'Dry' vacuuming. It features brushes and a metal base plate. If you attempt to suck up massive puddles of water, you will ruin the tool and flood your dry vacuum cleaner.

Is the plastic easily breakable?

No. Because it is a premium German-made commercial accessory, the housing is forged from high-impact ABS polymers. It is explicitly engineered to survive the brutal daily abuse of commercial cleaners smashing it into concrete walls and office desks.

Does it have wheels on the bottom?

The D306 is typically a sleek, low-profile tool without massive exterior wheels, relying on its highly engineered aerodynamic base and bristles to glide over surfaces. If you require a tool with massive rubber wheels, look at the Wessel-Werk RD295 (FTW132-4).

Will it fit my Pacvac Superpro 700 backpack?

Yes, absolutely. The Pacvac Superpro 700 series utilizes an industry-standard 32mm wand system, making this Wessel-Werk floor tool the exact perfect, high-performance upgrade head for that machine.

Does it have a lint picker?

Yes. The base of the tool is equipped with specialized red velour 'lint picker' strips. When dragging backward over carpet, these strips violently grab and pull deeply embedded pet hair and lint out of the carpet fibers so the vacuum can extract them.

Do you offer trade pricing for large cleaning franchises?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial cleaning contractors, hotel housekeeping teams, and facility managers ordering bulk vacuum accessories. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
