Does this heater run on electricity or diesel?

It uses BOTH. The massive heat is generated by burning Diesel fuel from the 45L tank. However, the machine features a 240V electric plug. You MUST plug it into a standard wall socket to power the ignition spark, the fuel pump, and the internal fan.

Is 125,000 BTU powerful enough for a massive warehouse?

125,000 BTU (37kW) is an absolutely staggering amount of heat. It is officially rated to heat massive commercial spaces up to 288 square meters (over 3,000 square feet), making it perfect for aircraft hangars and large factories.

How long will it run on a full tank?

What types of fuel can I put in this heater?

This is a highly versatile 'Multi-Fuel' heater. It is CSA certified to run safely on standard #1 and #2 Diesel fuel, K-1 Kerosene, #1 and #2 Fuel Oil, and even Jet A/JP8 aviation fuel.

Is it safe to use indoors?

Because it burns diesel fuel, it produces exhaust fumes and carbon monoxide. It MUST ONLY be used in well-ventilated areas, such as warehouses with open roller doors, large agricultural sheds, or open construction sites. It is completely unsafe for closed, unventilated domestic rooms.

What happens if the heater gets too hot?

The HK125RW features a built-in 'Overheat Shut-Off System'. If the internal temperature exceeds safe limits (often caused by the front being blocked), the machine automatically kills the fuel pump and shuts down to prevent a fire.

Is the machine difficult to move around?

Despite the heavy-duty steel construction and massive 45L tank, the HK125RW model is designed as a highly mobile trolley. It is mounted on large rear wheels and features an ergonomic handle, allowing a single operator to roll it easily around the worksite.

Will the front plate burn me if I touch it?

Absolutely YES. The front radiant plate and the surrounding steel cone become blisteringly hot during operation to emit the intense infrared heat. You must never touch the front of the machine while running, and keep all flammable materials well away from it.

Can I use standard unleaded petrol in this heater?

Absolutely NOT. You must NEVER put unleaded petrol, alcohol, or highly volatile solvents into a diesel heater. This will cause a massive, catastrophic explosion and fire.
