Product Description

Pacvac Superpro Micron 700 Reusable SMS Dust Bag – Commercial Vacuum Bags (DUB007)

Guarantee absolute HEPA-level hygiene and relentless suction power with the genuine Pacvac Superpro Micron 700 Reusable SMS Dust Bag (DUB007). The Pacvac Superpro Micron 700 is globally renowned for its advanced filtration capabilities, making it the industry standard for sensitive environments. To maintain this elite standard, you must use the correct, high-performance Pacvac replacement bags. Crafted from specialized SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond) synthetic material, this 5-litre reusable bucket-style bag delivers industrial-strength, multi-layered filtration, safely locking away microscopic dust, allergens, and airborne pathogens without suffocating the machine's powerful motor.

For high-frequency contract cleaners, efficiency and sustainability are paramount. This highly durable reusable vacuum filter provides a massive, cost-effective alternative to constantly churning through single-use paper bags. Precision-molded into a unique 'bucket' shape, it fits the internal canister of the Superpro Micron perfectly, creating an impenetrable, airtight seal that prevents hazardous dust bypass. Whether you are maintaining sterile medical clinics, aged care facilities, or high-end corporate offices, these premium commercial vacuum bags ensure your equipment operates efficiently while drastically improving the indoor air quality of your client's facility.

Who Are These Commercial Vacuum Bags Ideal For?

The Pacvac DUB007 Reusable SMS Bag delivers advanced filtration and heavy-duty reusability. It is highly recommended for:

Hospital & Healthcare Cleaners: Utilizing advanced SMS commercial vacuum bags to safely trap microscopic allergens and bacteria, ensuring strict compliance with indoor air quality and infection control standards.
Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Slashing their daily consumable budgets by utilizing a highly durable, reusable vacuum filter instead of discarding expensive single-use paper bags after every shift.
School & University Janitors: Equipping their fleet with high-capacity 5L Pacvac replacement bags to effortlessly handle the heavy daily intake of paper scraps, dust, and playground sand.
Appliance Repair Technicians: Sourcing authentic, exact-fit genuine Pacvac accessories to perform professional, warrantable services on clients' commercial backpack fleets.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Advanced SMS Filtration: The 3-layer Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond fabric acts as a high-efficiency barrier against micro-dust and allergens, providing vastly superior filtration compared to standard cloth bags.
Perfect Bucket-Style Fit: The unique molded shape is precision-engineered to fit the Superpro Micron 700 canister perfectly, guaranteeing an airtight seal that completely prevents dust from bypassing the motor.
Crucial Motor Protection: Acts as the ultimate primary defense mechanism, stopping abrasive fine particles from entering the high-speed turbine and causing catastrophic motor burnout.
Cost-Effective Sustainability: Designed to be emptied, cleaned, and reinserted hundreds of times, massively reducing your environmental footprint and ongoing consumable overheads.
Dual-Layer Capability: Pacvac strongly recommends using a disposable paper bag inside this reusable SMS bag to provide 'Double Filtration', making emptying effortless and keeping the SMS bag pristine.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is 'SMS' material?

SMS stands for Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond. It is an advanced, multi-layered synthetic fabric. The outer layers provide extreme physical strength (preventing tears), while the inner meltblown layer acts as a highly efficient micro-filter, trapping microscopic dust vastly better than standard paper or cotton.

Will this fit a standard Pacvac Superpro 700?

This specific bucket-style SMS bag (DUB007) is explicitly designed for the advanced 'Superpro Micron 700' model. It has a specific shape to fit the Micron's canister. For a standard Superpro 700, you require a different standard cloth or paper bag.

Do I still need to use a disposable paper bag inside this?

It is highly recommended. Pacvac suggests a 'Dual-Bag' system. You place a disposable paper bag inside this reusable SMS bag. This provides double the filtration, protects your motor entirely, and means you simply throw the cheap paper bag away without having to constantly wash this expensive SMS filter.

Can I wash this reusable SMS bag?

Yes. The SMS synthetic material can be gently washed in cold water to remove heavy dust buildup and odors. However, it MUST be allowed to air-dry 100% completely before you put it back into the vacuum, otherwise it will cause an electrical short.

How do I empty it if I don't use a paper bag inside?

You simply lift the entire SMS bucket bag out of the vacuum canister, hold it deep inside an industrial rubbish bin to prevent the dust from blowing into your face, and tip the dirt out. Give it a gentle shake to clear the pores.

Will these Pacvac replacement bags tear easily?

No. Unlike cheap, single-ply paper bags that burst when hit by sharp objects like paperclips or staples, the synthetic SMS fabric is incredibly tough and highly tear-resistant.

Why has my vacuum lost suction? Is the bag to blame?

If the hose isn't blocked, a clogged bag is the primary cause of suction loss. When the microscopic pores of the SMS fabric are completely blocked with ultra-fine dust (like plaster), air cannot pass through. You must wash or replace the bag to restore airflow.

Is this a genuine Pacvac product?

Yes, this is a 100% authentic Pacvac OEM accessory, guaranteeing the exact fitment and filtration standards required to maintain your machine's commercial warranty.

Can I use this bag for wet spills?

Absolutely NOT. The Pacvac Superpro Micron 700 is strictly a 'Dry Only' commercial vacuum. Sucking up liquids will ruin the SMS bag and instantly destroy the expensive electrical motor.

Do you offer trade pricing for commercial cleaning fleets?

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
