Product Description

PowerShot ColdWash 20m Hose Reel – Pressure Washer Hose Reel (KTRI40506)

Drastically improve your worksite efficiency and completely eliminate frustrating hose tangles with the premium PowerShot ColdWash 20m Hose Reel (KTRI40506). In heavy-duty commercial cleaning and automotive detailing environments, managing massive lengths of high-pressure hose manually is a severe trip hazard and leads to rapid hose degradation. This heavy-duty pressure washer hose reel acts as the ultimate equipment upgrade. It comes fully loaded with a massive 20 metres of premium 3/8" high-pressure hose, seamlessly doubling your cleaning radius. This allows operators to easily walk entirely around massive commercial trucks or wash expansive concrete driveways without ever needing to drag the heavy pressure washer unit itself.

Engineered for brutal industrial environments, this reel is rated to withstand a colossal 5800 PSI, ensuring it can effortlessly handle the extreme output of premium PowerShot ColdWash machines. Designed as a direct bolt-on accessory, this high pressure hose reel is supplied complete with the necessary mounting brackets, allowing it to be securely attached directly to the steel frame of compatible PowerShot models (PS1310ST, PS2117TS, and PS2021TS). Featuring industry-standard M22 brass fittings for absolutely airtight, leak-free connections, these essential commercial pressure washer accessories provide a neat, highly professional storage solution that drastically extends the lifespan of your expensive hoses.

Who Is This PowerShot 20m Hose Reel Ideal For?

The KTRI40506 Hose Reel delivers massive 20m reach and extreme 5800 PSI durability. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Upgrading their mobile washing rigs with a heavy-duty pressure washer hose reel that allows rapid deployment and pack-up of 20 metres of hose on expansive jobsites.
Automotive & Truck Detailers: Utilizing the massive 20-metre hose length to easily walk completely around large commercial vehicles and semi-trailers without constantly repositioning the heavy pressure washer.
Industrial Facility Managers: Keeping their wash-down bays neat and safe by ensuring the high-pressure hose is safely wound up off the floor when not in use, completely eliminating trip hazards.
PowerShot Equipment Owners: Expanding the capabilities of their specific PowerShot ColdWash machines (PS1310ST, PS2117TS, PS2021TS) with a custom-fit, heavy-duty high pressure hose reel.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Massive 20-Metre Reach: Supplied pre-loaded with 20 metres of premium 3/8" hose. This essentially doubles the standard working radius, saving operators massive amounts of time and physical effort.
Extreme 5800 PSI Rating: Built to handle brutal industrial pressure. The internal swivel joints and the premium hose are rated to survive up to 5800 PSI without bursting or leaking.
Direct Machine Mounting: Arrives complete with heavy-duty steel mounting brackets specifically engineered to bolt flawlessly onto the roll-cage frames of compatible PowerShot ColdWash units.
Standard M22 Brass Fittings: Features a high-grade M22 Female inlet and an M22 Male outlet. This ensures perfectly secure, watertight connections that will not blow off under extreme pressure.
Extends Hose Lifespan: Manually coiling hoses on the ground leads to kinks, abrasions, and being run over by vehicles. Winding it neatly onto this reel guarantees a vastly longer operational lifespan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this product include the hose, or is it just the bare reel?

This product comes fully loaded! It includes both the heavy-duty metal reel AND 20 metres of premium 3/8-inch high-pressure hose already spooled onto it.

Will this reel fit my Karcher or Gerni pressure washer?

No. The mounting brackets supplied with this reel are specifically engineered to bolt directly onto the tubular steel frames of the PowerShot ColdWash series (PS1310ST, PS2117TS, PS2021TS).

Can I mount this reel to the wall of my garage instead of the machine?

While the included brackets are designed for the machine frame, a competent tradesperson could potentially adapt or fabricate a custom bracket to mount this reel to a solid brick or concrete wall in a wash bay.

What does 'M22' mean?

M22 refers to the 22mm metric thread size of the brass connection fittings. It is the heavy-duty industrial standard for high-pressure washers, ensuring a perfectly watertight seal that won't blow off.

Is the reel made of plastic or metal?

To survive the extreme pressures of 5800 PSI and the brutal conditions of commercial worksites, the core drum and mounting brackets are manufactured from heavy-duty metal.

How do I connect the reel to my pressure washer pump?

The reel features an M22F inlet. You typically use a short 'jumper hose' (often supplied with your machine or purchased separately) to connect the high-pressure outlet on your pump directly to the inlet of this reel.

Will a 20m hose reduce my water pressure?

Because this hose is a wide 3/8-inch diameter, the pressure drop over 20 metres is absolutely negligible. You will maintain massive blasting power at the nozzle while gaining incredible reach.

Can this hose handle hot water?

This specific reel and hose assembly is designated for the PowerShot 'ColdWash' series. It is not recommended for use with diesel-heated hot water or steam machines, which require specialized high-temp thermal hoses.

Does the reel automatically retract the hose?

No, this is a manual crank reel. It features a heavy-duty winding handle on the side, allowing the operator to smoothly and neatly coil the 20m hose back onto the drum after the job is finished.

What is the maximum pressure it can handle?

The reel and the internal swivel mechanisms are rated for a colossal 5800 PSI, making it more than capable of handling the highest output commercial ColdWash machines on the market.

Why is my current hose always kinking?

Hoses kink when they are improperly looped by hand or dragged around corners. Storing your hose on a dedicated reel forces it to coil in a perfect circle, completely eliminating the 'memory' kinks that ruin hoses.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
