Product Description

Pacvac Chrome Two-Piece Wand 32mm (WND002) – Vacuum Cleaner Parts

Ensure superior operator ergonomics and maximize the physical reach of your commercial cleaning fleet with the highly dependable Pacvac Chrome Two-Piece Wand 32mm (WND002). In the commercial contract cleaning sector, standard plastic vacuum pipes frequently bend, crack, or warp under the heavy downward pressure applied during aggressive carpet vacuuming. A broken wand instantly halts productivity. This professional-grade commercial vacuum wand provides the ultimate, heavy-duty structural upgrade. Forged from thick, chrome-plated steel, it completely resists bending and crushing, ensuring the operator can apply massive physical force to the floor tool without damaging the equipment.

Engineered for unparalleled worksite versatility and universal fitment, the Pacvac WND002 features a highly practical two-piece design. Cleaning staff can quickly connect both sections for standard upright floor vacuuming, or detach one section to easily clean tight stairwells, elevated air conditioning vents, and commercial upholstery. Designed with an industry-standard 32mm push-fit connection, it provides flawless compatibility across an enormous range of Pacvac machines, including the legendary Superpro backpack series, Glide canisters, and Hydropro wet & dry units. These premium vacuum replacement parts are the definitive choice for facility managers demanding long-term durability and flexible cleaning hardware.

Who Is The Pacvac Chrome Two-Piece Wand Ideal For?

The Pacvac WND002 delivers a heavy-duty chrome-plated steel construction, a modular two-piece design, and standard 32mm connectivity. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Utilizing a highly robust commercial vacuum wand that easily survives the brutal downward pressure applied by operators during high-speed, heavy-duty commercial carpet cleaning shifts.
School & University Janitors: Relying on the modular two-piece design to rapidly switch between vacuuming long classroom floors and detaching a section to clean tight, carpeted staircases effortlessly.
Vacuum Repair Technicians: Taking advantage of the massive cross-model compatibility to easily replace cracked or bent wands for clients, ensuring a secure, airtight fit with standard 32mm floor tools.
Facility Maintenance Teams: Deploying premium vacuum cleaner parts to upgrade older plastic wands. The rust-resistant chrome finish ensures the wand remains highly presentable and functional for years.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Heavy-Duty Chrome-Plated Steel: The ultimate structural advantage. Unlike brittle plastic wands that flex and snap, this thick steel construction completely resists bending, allowing operators to scrub heavy commercial floor tools aggressively without breaking the pipe.
Modular Two-Piece Design: Exceptional cleaning versatility. When connected, it provides the perfect length for ergonomic upright floor vacuuming. When separated, it provides a shorter rigid pipe ideal for vacuuming cars, stairs, and elevated cobwebs.
Industry-Standard 32mm Push-Fit: Uncompromising worksite compatibility. The tapered ends securely push-fit together, and seamlessly accept standard 32mm Pacvac bent handpieces and a massive variety of commercial floor tools and dusting brushes.
Rust & Corrosion Resistant: Built for long-term commercial survival. The high-quality chrome plating protects the underlying steel from rusting, even when frequently used to suck up wet spills in combination with a wet & dry vacuum.
Improves Operator Ergonomics: Prioritizes staff comfort. The solid rigidity of the metal wand ensures 100% of the operator's pushing force is transferred directly to the floor tool, reducing physical exertion and back strain during long shifts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a solid one-piece wand or two separate pipes?

The WND002 is a 'Two-Piece' wand. It is supplied as two separate chrome steel pipes. One pipe has a slightly tapered end that friction-fits securely into the other pipe to create a single, long extension wand for floor vacuuming.

What is the diameter of this wand?

This is an industry-standard 32mm commercial vacuum wand. It is designed to fit onto a 32mm bent plastic handpiece, and it will accept any standard 32mm commercial floor tool or vacuum attachment.

Will this wand fit my Pacvac Superpro 700 backpack?

Yes! This is the exact, genuine replacement wand utilized by the vast majority of Pacvac's commercial backpack fleet, including the Superpro 700, Superpro Battery, and the Thrift.

Can I use this with my Pacvac Hydropro Wet & Dry vacuum?

Yes. The 32mm fitting makes it perfectly compatible with the Hydropro 21 hose assembly. The chrome plating provides excellent resistance to rust when vacuuming up water.

Are the two pieces telescopic?

No. This is a modular, fixed-length system. The two pieces push together to form a specific length. If you require a wand that slides up and down to adjust for different heights, you need a 'Telescopic Wand' rather than a two-piece wand.

Why use a metal wand instead of a plastic one?

In commercial cleaning, operators push down hard on the wand to deep-clean carpets. Plastic wands bend, warp, and snap under this pressure. A heavy-duty chrome steel wand is incredibly rigid, durable, and transfers power directly to the floor tool.

How do the pieces lock together?

They utilize a simple, highly effective 'Push-Fit' or 'Friction-Fit' connection. You simply push the tapered end of one pipe firmly into the flared end of the other. They lock tightly together without needing buttons or clips.

Will this wand fit a standard Ghibli backpack?

Many commercial vacuums (including some Ghibli and Pullman models) utilize the universal 32mm standard fitting. If your current hose handpiece and floor tools are exactly 32mm, this Pacvac wand will generally fit them.

Is this a genuine Pacvac part?

Yes. This is a 100% genuine, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Pacvac commercial spare part, guaranteeing exceptional structural strength and perfect sizing.

Can I buy just one half of the wand?

This specific part number (WND002) is sold as a complete set containing both the upper and lower pieces. They are generally not sold individually.

How do I get the two pieces apart if they get stuck?

Occasionally, fine dust can make the friction-fit very tight. Do not bend the wand. Simply hold both pieces near the joint, twist them in opposite directions to break the seal, and pull them apart.

Do you offer trade pricing for commercial cleaners?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial cleaning contractors, facility managers, and vacuum repair shops ordering bulk replacement parts. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
