The VHS 42 M/H range offers exceptional efficiency thanks to Push&Clean™ semi-automatic filter cleaning on selected models and the advanced InfiniClean™ automatic filter cleaning system. InfiniClean™ continuously cleans the filter during operation using a reverse air-flow pulse, maintaining suction at a high level and significantly reducing downtime. This allows the container to be filled without frequent filter maintenance, improving workflow on site.
To minimise dust exposure during disposal, Nilfisk provides multiple dust bag options suited to hazardous dust applications. The washable PTFE long-life filter with a non-stick membrane offers minimum 99.9% filtration efficiency, reducing maintenance requirements and overall operating costs. For maximum safety, H-Class models offer an optional dual HEPA filtration solution with 3-stage filtration.
A built-in flow sensor with combined acoustic and LED warning monitors airflow and filtration performance to ensure safe operation. Robust construction, steel castors, bumper protection, and integrated storage solutions make the VHS 42 M/H easy to transport and handle between worksites.
