Nilfisk Prolite Disc Brush | 360 mm
The Nilfisk Prolite disc brush is a genuine OEM accessory designed for 14-inch scrubber decks featuring a 3-lug mount, delivering effective general-purpose hard-floor scrubbing for commercial cleaning machines.
Key Benefits
Restore optimal cleaning performance with wide-path, OEM-grade support. The 14″ diameter offers substantial floor coverage per pass, making cleaning large areas more efficient. The Prolite polypropylene fibers provide consistent scrubbing action suitable for sealed concrete, vinyl, tile and similar surfaces, while being less aggressive than grit brushes—protecting floor finishes over time. Being a genuine Nilfisk part ensures accurate fitment, reliable drive alignment, and compatibility with your machine—reducing installation issues and downtime associated with aftermarket components. Durable construction supports heavy commercial use, lowering overall replacement costs.

Usage Instructions
Ensure the scrubber is powered off and locked out before servicing. Remove the old brush disc by loosening the 3-lug mount as per manufacturer's instructions. Align the new 14″ Prolite disc brush onto the drive hub, secure the 3-lug fasteners firmly. Perform a short test pass on a flat, clean area to confirm smooth rotation and full contact with the floor surface. If any gaps or uneven scrubbing appear, re-check mounting and adjust alignment before resuming full cleaning operations.
Ideal Applications
Ideal for facility maintenance teams, commercial cleaning contractors and in-house cleaning departments managing large hard-floor environments—such as retail stores, schools, hospitals, warehouses and institutional buildings. The 14″ size promotes efficient coverage and the Prolite fiber is well-suited for routine maintenance where moderate soil loads are present and floor finish protection is important.
