What should I do if grass gets wrapped around the head?

Use the reverse switch on the control panel. This will rotate the head in the opposite direction for a few seconds to loosen the tangle, allowing you to continue working without stopping to manually clear it.

Does the 'Skin Only' (DUR368AZ) version include a charger?

No. The DUR368AZ is the tool only. If you need batteries and a charger, you should select the DUR368APT2 kit, which includes two 5.0Ah batteries and a dual-port rapid charger.
