Pacvac Superpro 700 Bypass Motor (1000W) – Replacement Vacuum Motor (M018C)

Instantly restore the massive, heavy-duty extraction power of your flagship commercial backpack vacuum with the premium 1000W 2-Stage Bypass Motor (M018C). In the punishing contract cleaning industry, relying on aging, weak vacuum motors drastically increases cleaning times and leaves heavy dirt embedded in commercial carpets. When the turbine inside your Pacvac eventually burns out from years of relentless daily use, replacing it with this exact-fit replacement vacuum motor is the ultimate cost-effective solution. Operating at a formidable 1000 Watts and utilizing a highly aggressive 2-stage fan system, it generates phenomenal suction pressure, allowing your machine to rapidly pull deep, stubborn dust from high-traffic floors in a fraction of the time.

Engineered for maximum commercial durability, this motor utilizes a highly specialized 'Bypass' (Peripheral) cooling architecture. Unlike standard motors, the dirty air you vacuum does not pass over the electrical components. Instead, a completely separate, clean-air fan cools the electrical coils, completely protecting the motor from catastrophic burnouts caused by fine dust or accidental liquid intake. Boasting a massive 145mm diameter profile and featuring pre-drilled screw holes for secure mounting, these essential commercial vacuum parts provide a flawless, drop-in replacement for the genuine Pacvac MOT003 part. Stop struggling with weak suction and fully rebuild your Pacvac Superpro 700 with this powerhouse vacuum cleaner motor today.

*Safety Warning: Replacing a vacuum motor requires handling live 240V electrical wiring. This part must ONLY be installed by a qualified appliance repair technician or licensed electrician.

Who Is This 1000W Pacvac Replacement Motor Ideal For?

The M018C Motor delivers heavy-duty 1000W suction and protected bypass cooling. It is highly recommended for:

  • Appliance Repair Technicians: Sourcing elite, premium-grade replacement vacuum motors to perform highly reliable, warrantable motor swaps on clients' Pacvac Superpro 700 commercial backpacks.
  • Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Having their in-house technician completely rebuild their aging Pacvac fleet with fresh turbines to instantly restore 1000W of factory-level extraction power.
  • School & Facility Janitors: Executing cost-effective, component-level repairs on expensive industrial vacuums using top-tier commercial vacuum parts rather than discarding the entire plastic backpack chassis.
  • Equipment Hire Companies: Guaranteeing that rebuilt rental vacuums operate with zero internal suction leaks and maximum motor stability before being dispatched to the next customer.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

  • Massive 1000W 2-Stage Turbine: Utilizes two stacked, high-speed fan blades. This '2-stage' design generates incredibly high suction pressure (water lift), making it exceptionally powerful for ripping heavy sand and pet hair out of thick carpets.
  • Protected 'Bypass' Cooling System: The dirty air sucked from the floor never touches the electronics. A completely separate fan pulls clean air over the coils to cool them, drastically extending the lifespan of the motor in highly dusty environments.
  • Exact Drop-In Fitment: Engineered specifically to match the massive 145mm diameter and 178mm height required to fit flawlessly inside the chassis of the legendary Pacvac Superpro 700.
  • Pre-Drilled Screw Holes: The metal base features specific peripheral screw holes, allowing the motor to be bolted securely into the housing, completely preventing destructive vibrations during operation.
  • Massive Cost Savings: Completely eliminates the need to discard a perfectly good $300 commercial backpack body simply because the original motor's carbon brushes or bearings wore out.

What is the difference between a 'Bypass' motor and a 'Flow-Thru' motor?

In a 'Flow-Thru' motor, the dirty air you suck up passes directly over the electrical coils to cool them. In this 'Bypass' motor, the dirty air is expelled out the sides (periphery) without ever touching the electronics. A completely separate clean-air fan cools the motor, making it far more durable and safer in dusty environments.

What does '2-Stage' mean?

A 'stage' refers to the number of vacuum fan blades stacked inside the metal base. A 2-stage motor has two fans working together. This generates massive 'water lift' (raw suction power), making it exceptional for pulling heavy dirt out of thick commercial carpets.

What does '145mm' refer to?

145mm refers to the physical diameter of the large metal fan base at the bottom of the motor. You must ensure your machine's chassis is designed to accept a massive 145mm motor base before purchasing. This is the exact size required for a Pacvac Superpro 700.

Is this a genuine Pacvac branded motor?

No. This is a premium aftermarket replacement motor (M018C). It is manufactured to match or exceed the exact dimensional and performance specifications of the original genuine Pacvac motor (MOT003) at a highly cost-effective price.

Can I install this replacement vacuum motor myself?

Because this repair requires completely dismantling the vacuum, cutting wires, and physically hardwiring 240V mains electricity to the new motor terminals, it must ONLY be installed by a qualified appliance repair technician or licensed electrician.

Will this motor fit my Cleanstar Aerolite or Pullman AS4?

No. Those machines typically use a smaller 130mm Flow-Thru motor. This is a massive 145mm Bypass motor. It will be far too large to fit inside the chassis of an Aerolite.

Why did my original Pacvac motor burn out?

Commercial motors usually burn out because the operator failed to empty the cloth bag or clean the HEPA filters. When the filters are 100% blocked, the motor works twice as hard, causing it to rapidly overheat and burn out the carbon brushes.

Do I need to replace the filters when installing a new motor?

Yes! It is heavily recommended to completely replace the primary cloth bag and secondary HEPA filters when installing a new motor. If you install a brand new motor behind old, blocked filters, the new motor will instantly overheat and burn out again.

Does this motor come with the wiring attached?

Generally, replacement motors are supplied as 'bare' units with metal electrical connection terminals. The installing technician must use the existing wiring loom inside your vacuum and crimp it onto this new motor.

Does this motor include the carbon brushes?

Yes. This is a complete, brand-new motor assembly. It includes the twin turbine fans, the copper coils, the heavy-duty bearings, and a brand-new set of carbon brushes already installed inside the housing.

What are the 'Screw Holes' for?

Unlike some motors that just sit on a rubber gasket, this specific motor has pre-drilled holes around the peripheral base. This allows the technician to bolt the motor directly into the vacuum chassis, preventing destructive high-speed vibrations.

Do you offer trade pricing for vacuum repair shops?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for appliance repair technicians, commercial cleaners, and facility managers. Contact us to establish your trade account for spare parts.
