Product Description

Commercial Laundry Trolley Replacement Bag

Maintain the operational efficiency of your facility's linen management system with this heavy-duty Commercial Laundry Trolley Replacement Bag. Over time, original canvas or nylon trolley bags can become torn, heavily soiled, or biologically compromised due to the constant transport of wet towels and soiled bed linen. This highly durable replacement laundry bag provides a highly economical solution to restore your existing mobile trolley frame to full working condition, completely avoiding the expense of replacing the entire metal cart.

Manufactured from robust, tear-resistant industrial fabric, this high-capacity bag is designed to withstand the heavy physical loads and high-frequency usage expected in commercial hospitality and healthcare environments. It features reinforced stitching and secure mounting points, ensuring it hangs reliably on standard X-cart and laundry trolley frames without sagging under the weight of damp linens. Upgrading to a fresh replacement bag ensures strict hygiene compliance and streamlines daily collection routines for housekeeping staff.

Ideal For:

Hotel Housekeeping: Essential for the rapid, sanitary collection and transport of massive volumes of used bed sheets, pillowcases, and heavy bathroom towels.
Aged Care & Healthcare Facilities: Replaces biologically compromised bags to maintain strict infection control standards when handling soiled patient linens.
Commercial Laundromats: Provides durable, high-capacity storage for sorting and moving bulk customer laundry safely across the factory floor.

Key Features & Operational Benefits:

Heavy-Duty Commercial Fabric: Highly resistant to tearing and abrasion, capable of supporting the massive weight of wet, heavy commercial linens.
Economical Equipment Maintenance: Allows facility managers to refurbish existing laundry carts for a fraction of the cost of purchasing a brand-new metal trolley system.
Secure Frame Fitment: Features reinforced mounting eyelets or sleeve pockets designed to integrate seamlessly with standard commercial laundry trolley frames.
Hygienic Turnaround: Replacing old, stained bags instantly improves the professional appearance of the housekeeping cart and eliminates ingrained odors.

Technical Specifications:

Product Type: Laundry Trolley Replacement Bag / X-Cart Bag
Material: Heavy-Duty Commercial Canvas / Nylon (Check specific variant)
Application: Collection and transport of commercial linens and laundry.
Note: Bag only; trolley frame not included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this listing include the metal trolley frame?

No. This listing is strictly for the replacement fabric bag only. It is designed for customers who already own a compatible laundry trolley frame and simply need to replace the torn bag.

Which specific trolley frames will this bag fit?

This bag is generally designed to fit standard commercial folding X-carts and heavy-duty laundry trolleys. Please verify the dimensions of your current frame against the product specifications before purchasing.

Is the material waterproof?

While the heavy-duty synthetic fabric is highly water-resistant and designed to carry damp towels without dripping, it is not meant to be completely submerged or used to transport standing water.

Can I wash the replacement bag?

Yes. Most commercial laundry replacement bags can be unclipped from the frame and machine washed on a cold or warm cycle to maintain facility hygiene standards.

How does the bag attach to the frame?

Depending on the exact model, the bag typically attaches using reinforced eyelets that hook onto the frame's pegs, or via heavy-duty fabric sleeves that slide over the top support bars.

Will this bag tear easily?

No, it is manufactured from industrial-grade, highly durable fabric with reinforced stitching specifically designed to handle the heavy, constant weight of commercial linens.

Is this suitable for medical or infectious waste?

For highly infectious or biohazardous linens in hospitals, you must use specific, color-coded, water-soluble biohazard bags. This is a standard heavy-duty bag for general commercial laundry.

Does it have a lid or cover?

Standard commercial replacement bags typically feature an open top for rapid, easy loading of linens by housekeeping staff. Please check the specific product images for integrated cover flaps.

Is the fabric thick enough to contain odors?

The dense commercial fabric helps contain general odors from soiled linens during transport, though it is not completely airtight.

How do I know when to replace my current bag?

You should replace your laundry bag when it develops tears that allow linens to fall out, when the mounting eyelets fray, or when the fabric retains a severe biological odor that washing cannot remove.

Do you offer trade pricing for hotels?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides trade accounts and bulk pricing for hotels, aged care facilities, and commercial laundromats. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
