Product Description

Kress 60V Commercial Multi-Tool Power Hub (KAC104) – Battery Power Head

Instantly establish massive-scale municipal landscaping capabilities, completely eradicate the devastating expense of purchasing and maintaining six different petrol engines, and guarantee absolute worksite versatility with the highly formidable Kress 60V Commercial Multi-Tool Power Hub (KAC104). In the grueling commercial landscaping and property maintenance sectors, dragging multiple heavy petrol machines into the back of a Ute takes up massive space and requires mixing highly toxic 2-stroke fuel. This elite battery power head acts as the ultimate, centralized beating heart of your landscaping fleet. Powered by the incredibly advanced Kress CyberSystem 60V battery platform and driven by a heavy-duty, commercial-grade brushless motor, it generates a terrifying 1.3 kW of raw output. This perfectly matches the devastating torque of a massive 25cc petrol engine, effortlessly driving heavy hedge trimmers and pole saws without ever bogging down.

Engineered for unparalleled worksite dominance and ultimate operator convenience, the KAC104 features a highly intelligent, tool-free Quick-Couple system. This brilliantly allows you to seamlessly snap in any of the Kress Commercial multi-tool attachments (including string trimmers, lawn edgers, pole saws, and hedge trimmers—sold separately) in absolute seconds. Built for absolute survival in brutal outdoor environments, it boasts a highly certified IPX5 waterproof rating, allowing you to operate safely in driving rain, while its incredibly lightweight 2.8kg chassis completely eliminates shoulder fatigue during massive 10-hour shifts. This premium cordless power unit is the definitive, uncompromising foundation for serious professional landscapers demanding maximum utility, zero emissions, and petrol-crushing power.

Who Is The Kress 60V Multi-Tool Power Hub Ideal For?

The KAC104 delivers 1.3 kW of petrol-equivalent power, Quick-Couple multi-tool versatility, and zero toxic emissions. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Landscapers & Contractors: Utilizing a highly versatile, high-torque battery power head to aggressively drive hedge trimmers, edgers, and pole saws, drastically slashing equipment costs and saving massive Ute space.
Municipal Councils & Parks: Relying on the ultra-quiet operation and zero-emission motor to safely execute massive-scale tree pruning and hedge maintenance around active schools, hospitals, and noise-sensitive public parks.
Property Maintenance Crews: Taking absolute advantage of the massive 1.3 kW brushless torque to effortlessly power through thick branches and overgrown brush on expansive residential acreage and commercial estates.
Eco-Conscious Facilities: Deploying the premium cordless power unit as the foundation of their landscaping fleet, completely eradicating their carbon footprint while maintaining absolute, uncompromising petrol-level performance.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Versatile Quick-Couple System: The ultimate commercial labor-saver. The split-shaft design allows you to instantly attach up to six different Kress tools (hedge trimmer, edger, pole saw, etc.) using one single powerful motor, without using any tools.
Devastating 1.3 kW Brushless Motor: The absolute pinnacle of electric power. The commercial-grade brushless motor generates terrifying torque that directly matches a 25cc petrol engine, completely refusing to stall when driving heavy mechanical attachments.
Ultra-Lightweight 2.8kg Chassis: The ultimate ergonomic advantage. By housing only the motor and controls, the base unit is incredibly light. It completely prevents your arms and shoulders from burning with fatigue during massive, all-day commercial shifts.
IPX5 Waterproof Rating: Uncompromising environmental resilience. The entire machine, including the motor and internal electronics, is sealed against extreme weather, guaranteeing you can continue operating safely and flawlessly even in a torrential downpour.
Total CyberSystem Integration: Works seamlessly within the Kress 60V Commercial battery platform. You can utilize the massive 60V batteries from your Kress backpack blowers and mowers to power this multi-tool hub instantly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a 'Power Hub' or 'Power Head'?

A Power Hub is the main engine block and handle of a landscaping tool. It contains the electric motor, the battery slot, and the trigger. It does NOT come with a cutting head. You must purchase separate 'Attachments' (like a whipper snipper or hedge trimmer) to plug into the bottom of it.

Is a battery power head really as powerful as a 25cc petrol engine?

Absolutely. This is NOT a cheap domestic tool. The Kress KAC104 is a dedicated 'Commercial-Grade' machine. Its massive 60V brushless motor generates 1.3 kW of raw output, providing the exact same terrifying torque to drive heavy attachments as a 25cc 2-stroke petrol engine.

Does this kit include the battery and charger?

No. This specific listing is strictly for the 'Power Hub' (the motor and handle). To operate the machine, you must purchase a Kress Commercial 60V CyberSystem Lithium-Ion battery, a charging station, and at least one Kress attachment separately.

What attachments can I buy for this machine?

Kress manufactures an entire fleet of commercial attachments specifically for this power hub (sold separately), including a heavy-duty string trimmer (whipper snipper), a straight-shaft lawn edger, an articulating hedge trimmer, and a pole saw (pruner).

Is it difficult to swap the attachments?

Not at all. The machine features a highly intelligent, tool-free 'Quick-Couple' system. You simply turn a dial to loosen the collar, press a button, pull the current attachment out, and click the new one in. It takes roughly 5 seconds.

Can I use this in the rain?

Yes! The Kress KAC104 features a highly certified 'IPX5 Waterproof Rating'. The brushless motor, battery connection, and internal electronics are completely sealed, allowing you to operate the machine safely and flawlessly in a torrential downpour.

Why is a Brushless motor better?

Old brushed motors use carbon blocks that create severe friction, heat, and wear out quickly. A 'Brushless' motor uses magnets. It runs vastly cooler, is significantly more energy-efficient (saving battery life), and easily survives thousands of hours of brutal commercial abuse.

Is it quiet enough to use near a hospital or school?

Yes. This is the massive advantage of electric over petrol. The brushless motor produces zero exhaust fumes and operates at a phenomenally low noise level, easily complying with the strictest local council noise limits for early-morning hospital or school maintenance.

Is the machine heavy to hold all day?

The power hub itself weighs an incredibly manageable 2.8 kg (without battery). When combined with an attachment and a Kress battery, the system is perfectly balanced to prevent your arms and shoulders from burning with fatigue during a 10-hour shift.

Can I use Kress batteries from my other tools in this?

Yes! The KAC104 is fully compatible with the entire 'Kress Commercial 60V CyberSystem' platform. You can seamlessly swap massive 60V batteries between your Kress backpack blower, chainsaw, and this multi-tool hub instantly.

Can I attach non-Kress attachments to this hub?

No. The highly specialized 'Quick-Couple' drive shaft system is proprietary to Kress. You must use official Kress Commercial attachments to ensure the drive shaft aligns perfectly and securely transfers the massive 1.3 kW of torque.

Do you offer trade pricing for landscaping fleets?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial landscaping contractors, municipal councils, and facility managers outfitting their fleets with zero-emission Kress equipment. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
