Product Description

Kranzle Starlett Short Gun – D12 Quick Release Trigger (123272)

The Kranzle Starlett Short Gun (123272) is a premium, heavy-duty trigger gun designed for professionals who demand maximum maneuverability and robust performance in confined spaces. Engineered specifically for high-capacity hot water pressure washing and heavy industrial use, this short-profile gun removes the cumbersome length of a standard lance assembly. Rated for a massive 3625 PSI, a flow rate of 40L/min, and extreme temperatures up to 150ºC, it is the ultimate tool for close-quarters cleaning, equipment washdowns, and heavy machinery maintenance.

Efficiency and rapid tool changes are at the heart of this design. The gun features a highly reliable M22 Male inlet for a secure hose connection, paired with the modern Kranzle D12 quick release fitting on the outlet. This allows operators to instantly snap in foam cannons, short nozzles, or specific lances without wrestling with threaded connections. Compatible with flagship Kranzle industrial units—including the Quadro 1000TST, WS-RP1000TS, and the Therm hot water series—this genuine Kranzle Quadro accessory guarantees unparalleled safety, zero leaks, and professional-grade durability.

Who Is This Short Trigger Gun Ideal For?

The Starlett Short Gun provides extreme power in a compact, highly maneuverable format. It is highly recommended for:

Heavy Machinery & Truck Washers: Needing a compact gun to clean inside wheel wells, engine bays, and tight chassis components without a long lance getting in the way.
Commercial Food Processing Facilities: Operating hot water (up to 150ºC) to blast away grease and sanitize confined washdown bays.
Professional Car Detailers: Utilizing the D12 quick release to rapidly swap between high-pressure rinse nozzles and heavy snow foam cannons.
Kranzle Therm & Quadro Owners: Upgrading to a genuine OEM short trigger gun that can safely handle massive commercial flow rates (40L/min).

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Extreme Thermal Rating (150ºC): Safely handles boiling water and steam from Kranzle Therm series machines, perfect for melting industrial grease.
Massive Flow & Pressure Capacity: Rated up to 3625 PSI and 40L/min, ensuring zero restriction for flagship 3-phase commercial pressure washers.
D12 Quick Release Outlet: The push-and-click D12 system allows for instant, leak-free swapping of nozzles, foamers, and lances.
Compact Short Design: Dramatically improves operator ergonomics and maneuverability when working on scaffolding, ladders, or in tight spaces.
Genuine OEM Safety: Built with high-grade internal brass and stainless steel components to prevent catastrophic blowouts under extreme commercial pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main advantage of a 'Short' trigger gun?

A short trigger gun eliminates the long metal lance typically found on pressure washers. This makes it incredibly easy to maneuver in tight spaces, such as inside engine bays, wheel wells, scaffolding, or small wash bays, reducing wrist fatigue for the operator.

What does 'D12 Quick Release' mean?

D12 is Kranzle's proprietary quick-release coupling system. It features a 12mm plug-and-socket design that allows you to instantly snap nozzles, lances, or foam cannons in and out of the gun without having to unscrew heavy metal threads.

Is this gun safe to use with hot water pressure washers?

Yes, absolutely. The Starlett Short Gun is heavily insulated and engineered with high-temperature internal seals, allowing it to safely handle extreme hot water and steam up to 150ºC.

Will this gun restrict the water flow of my large Kranzle machine?

No. This gun is designed for heavy industrial units and boasts a massive maximum flow rate of 40 Litres per minute, ensuring absolutely zero restriction for large 3-phase commercial machines.

What is the inlet connection on this gun?

The inlet (where your high-pressure hose attaches) is an M22 Male thread. This is a very common industrial standard, meaning it will connect seamlessly to standard M22 Female pressure washer hoses.

Which specific Kranzle machines does this gun suit?

This heavy-duty Starlett gun is specifically designed to suit flagship Kranzle models, including the Quadro 1000TST, WS-RP1000TS, and the Therm hot water series (635-1, 895-1, 1165-1, Therm-RP1200).

Can I attach a long lance to this short gun later if I need to?

Yes. Thanks to the D12 Quick Release outlet on the front of the gun, you can instantly click in a long D12 lance whenever you need extra reach, making this setup incredibly versatile.

What is the maximum pressure this gun can handle?

The Starlett Short Gun is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 3625 PSI (250 Bar), making it more than capable of handling severe industrial cleaning tasks.

Will this gun fit my non-Kranzle pressure washer hose?

As long as your high-pressure hose terminates in an M22 Female threaded coupling, it will connect to this gun. However, ensure your nozzles and accessories match the D12 quick release outlet.

Does this gun include a nozzle?

No, this listing is for the Starlett short trigger gun assembly only. D12 quick release nozzles, lances, and foam cannons must be purchased separately.

Is the trigger hard to pull and hold?

Kranzle designs their commercial guns with ergonomics in mind. The trigger mechanism is engineered to minimize pull-force and holding-force, significantly reducing hand fatigue during long, continuous commercial shifts.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
