Product Description

Kranzle 20m Single Wire High Pressure Hose (3045 PSI) – Commercial Wash Hose

Massively expand your mobile cleaning radius and completely eliminate frustrating hose blowouts with the highly durable Kranzle 20m Single Wire High Pressure Hose (3045 PSI). In standard commercial pressure washing, cheap nylon hoses swell, kink constantly, and easily split when dragged across abrasive driveways. This premium commercial pressure washer hose is engineered to survive. Featuring a robust, single-wire steel braided (1-ply DN6) internal core, it effortlessly handles a formidable 3045 PSI of operating pressure. This ensures the hose remains highly flexible and lightweight for the operator, while maintaining the steel armor required to resist being crushed or punctured on busy worksites.

Maximizing your efficiency means minimizing the time spent moving heavy machinery. Providing a massive 20 metres of reach, this Kranzle extension hose allows you to wash long residential driveways, large boats, or walk completely around vehicles without ever needing to drag the heavy pressure washer unit behind you. Equipped with heavy-duty M22 Female threaded connections—including a highly crucial swivel joint on the outlet to completely prevent heavy hose tangling—this authentic M22 pressure hose is the ultimate upgrade. Specifically engineered to suit the Kranzle Q599TST, it can also be used as a premium extension hose for any commercial machine utilizing standard M22 fittings.

Who Is This Kranzle 20m Single Wire Hose Ideal For?

The Kranzle 41083 (Single Wire) delivers 3045 PSI durability and highly flexible 20m reach. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Pressure Washers: Utilizing a flexible, steel-braided commercial pressure washer hose to rapidly clean massive concrete driveways and large public areas without constantly repositioning the heavy base unit.
Automotive & Marine Detailers: Benefiting from the massive 20-metre length and anti-tangle swivel joint to easily maneuver around large cars, caravans, and boats without the hose scratching the paintwork.
Appliance Repair Technicians: Sourcing highly reliable, exact-fit genuine Kranzle extension hoses to professionally refurbish clients' heavy-duty Q599TST pressure washers to factory-level safety standards.
Heavy-Duty Domestic Users: Upgrading the frustratingly short, rigid plastic hose that came with their machine to a massive, highly flexible 20m steel-braided hose that lays perfectly flat on the ground.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Single Wire Steel Braided Core: Features a heavy-duty 1-ply DN6 steel mesh insert. This guarantees the hose will not burst or kink easily, yet remains significantly lighter and more flexible than double-wire industrial hoses.
Formidable 3045 PSI Rating: Engineered to handle high commercial pressure (approx. 210 Bar), making it perfectly suited for heavy-duty electric and mid-range petrol pressure washers.
Massive 20-Metre Reach: Effectively doubles the working radius of standard hoses. Clean entire multi-story house facades or massive driveways without having to turn the machine off to move it.
Integrated Swivel Outlet: The M22 Female connection that attaches to the gun features an internal swivel bearing. As you walk around, the gun rotates freely, completely preventing the hose from twisting into heavy coils.
Heavy-Duty Bend Protection: At both ends of the hose, rigid plastic sleeves protect the junction where the rubber meets the brass. This prevents the hose from bending sharply and rupturing at its weakest point.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between 'Single Wire' and 'Double Wire' hoses?

Single wire (1-ply) has one layer of steel mesh inside. It is highly durable but remains lightweight and very easy to flex and coil up. Double wire (2-ply) is used for extreme industrial 5000+ PSI machines; it is much heavier and stiffer. Single wire is preferred by car detailers for its agility.

What is the 'Swivel' on the outlet?

The M22 female connection that screws into your trigger gun has a built-in rotating bearing. As you move around and turn the gun, the swivel allows the gun to rotate without twisting the rubber hose, completely preventing frustrating tangles.

Can I use this to extend my current hose?

Yes, it is highly suitable as an extension hose. Because it has an M22 Female thread on both ends, you simply need a standard M22 Male-to-Male brass joiner (sold separately) to screw this 20m hose onto the end of your existing M22 hose.

Is 20 metres too long? Will I lose pressure?

No. Because this is a premium commercial hose with a wide internal bore, the pressure drop over 20 metres is virtually unnoticeable. The massive advantage of not having to drag the machine around vastly outweighs any microscopic pressure drop.

Will this hose fit my domestic Karcher K-Series?

No. Domestic machines use proprietary plastic push-and-twist click fittings. This hose uses heavy-duty M22 brass screw threads, which are the industry standard for large petrol and commercial electric pressure washers.

Can this hose handle hot water?

Yes. This hose is explicitly rated to handle hot water up to 100ºC. It is perfectly safe to use with hot water supplies for aggressive grease and oil removal.

What is 'Bend Protection'?

At both ends of the hose, where the rubber meets the metal brass fittings, there are thick, rigid plastic sleeves. These prevent the hose from bending at a sharp 90-degree angle right at the fitting, which is the most common cause of hose ruptures.

Is this a genuine Kranzle hose?

Yes, absolutely. This is a 100% authentic Kranzle OEM commercial hose, guaranteeing the absolute highest levels of German-engineered quality, flexibility, and safety.

Will this fit the Kranzle Q599TST?

Yes! This specific hose is engineered as the direct, exact-fit replacement hose for the highly popular Kranzle Q599TST pressure washer.

Is a steel-braided hose heavy?

It is heavier than a cheap plastic domestic hose, but because this is the 'Single Wire' variant, it strikes the perfect balance. It is incredibly tough and crush-resistant, but still light enough to easily drag around a car without causing shoulder fatigue.

Does it lay flat on the ground?

Yes. One of the biggest complaints about cheap PVC hoses is that they retain 'memory' and coil up, causing trip hazards. Premium rubber and steel hoses like this one lay perfectly flat on the concrete.

Do you offer trade pricing for commercial cleaners?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial pressure washing contractors, automotive detailers, and facility managers. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.
