Product Description

Kranzle 20m High Pressure Hose (Double Wire Braided) – Commercial Wash Hose

Command the most grueling industrial cleaning environments and completely eradicate worksite hose blowouts with the formidable Kranzle 20m High Pressure Hose (41083). In heavy-duty commercial pressure washing, standard rubber hoses inevitably swell, kink, and burst when subjected to the intense hydraulic spikes generated by high-power extraction units. This premium commercial wash hose is engineered for absolute indestructibility. Featuring a massive double-wire steel braided (2-ply DN8) internal core, it effortlessly handles a colossal 5800 PSI of operating pressure while remaining incredibly resilient to being crushed by heavy machinery or dragged across abrasive concrete surfaces.

Maximizing your cleaning radius is essential for maintaining high labor productivity on expansive jobsites. Providing a massive 20 metres of reach, this pressure washer extension hose allows operators to wash entire commercial building facades or walk completely around semi-trailers without constantly dragging the heavy pressure washer unit behind them. Equipped with heavy-duty M22 Female threaded connections—including a highly crucial swivel joint on the outlet to completely prevent hose tangling—and capable of withstanding blistering 150ºC hot water, this authentic Kranzle spare part is the ultimate upgrade for the legendary Quadro 1000TST and classic Therm series machines.

Who Is This Kranzle 20m Steel Braided Hose Ideal For?

The Kranzle 41083 Hose delivers extreme 5800 PSI durability and a massive 20m reach. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Pressure Washers: Utilizing an ultra-durable, double-wire commercial wash hose to rapidly clean massive concrete driveways and large public areas without constantly repositioning the heavy base unit.
Heavy Automotive & Truck Detailers: Benefiting from the massive 20-metre length and anti-tangle swivel joint to easily maneuver around large semi-trailers and agricultural machinery.
Industrial Facility Managers: Running blistering hot water (up to 150ºC) through this premium pressure washer extension hose to safely and aggressively blast thick grease from factory floors.
Appliance Repair Technicians: Sourcing highly reliable, exact-fit Kranzle spare parts to professionally refurbish clients' heavy-duty Quadro and Therm series pressure washers to factory-level safety standards.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Double Wire Steel Braided Core: Features a heavy-duty 2-ply DN8 steel mesh insert. This guarantees the hose will not burst, swell, or kink under the extreme pressure of commercial washing, and easily survives being run over by vehicles.
Colossal 5800 PSI Rating: Engineered to handle extreme hydraulic force, making it fully compatible with the most powerful industrial cold and hot water pressure washers on the market.
Massive 20-Metre Reach: Effectively doubles the working radius of standard hoses. Clean entire multi-story house facades or massive driveways without moving the machine.
Integrated Swivel Outlet: The M22 Female outlet features an internal swivel mechanism. As you walk around, the gun rotates freely, completely preventing the hose from twisting into frustrating, heavy coils.
Extreme 150ºC Heat Resistance: Specifically designed to handle the intense thermal demands of commercial hot water and steam pressure washers, making it perfect for aggressive grease removal.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'Double Wire Braided' mean?

Standard domestic hoses are made of nylon or single-wire mesh. This commercial hose features two distinct layers (2-ply) of heavy-duty woven steel wire inside the rubber. This makes it incredibly heavy, highly kink-resistant, and almost impossible to burst.

What is the 'Swivel' on the outlet?

The M22 female connection that screws into your trigger gun has a built-in rotating bearing. As you move around and turn the gun, the swivel allows the gun to rotate without twisting the heavy steel hose, completely preventing frustrating tangles.

Can I use this to extend my current hose?

Yes, it is highly suitable as an extension hose. Because it has an M22 Female thread on both ends, you simply need a standard M22 Male-to-Male brass joiner (sold separately) to screw this 20m hose onto the end of your existing M22 hose.

Is 20 metres too long? Will I lose pressure?

No. Because this is a premium commercial hose with a wide internal bore (DN8), the pressure drop over 20 metres is virtually unnoticeable. The massive advantage of not having to drag the machine around vastly outweighs any microscopic pressure drop.

Will this hose fit my domestic Karcher K-Series?

No. Domestic machines use proprietary plastic push-and-twist click fittings. This hose uses heavy-duty M22 brass screw threads, which are the industry standard for large petrol and commercial electric pressure washers.

Can this hose handle boiling hot water?

Yes! This hose is explicitly rated for extreme temperatures up to 150ºC. It is designed to be used safely with commercial diesel-heated hot water extractors (like the Kranzle Therm series) for melting heavy grease.

What is 'Bend Protection'?

At both ends of the hose, where the rubber meets the metal brass fittings, there are thick, rigid plastic sleeves. These prevent the hose from bending at a sharp 90-degree angle right at the fitting, which is the most common cause of hose ruptures.

Is this a genuine Kranzle hose?

Yes, absolutely. This is a 100% authentic Kranzle OEM commercial hose (Part Number 41083), guaranteeing the absolute highest levels of German-engineered quality and safety.

Will this fit a Kranzle machine with a hose reel?

You must check the connections. Machines with integrated hose reels (TST models) often have a specific internal connection drum. This hose has standard M22 Female threads on both ends, so it is generally used as a replacement or extension for non-reel setups.

How heavy is this hose?

Because it contains 20 metres of double-layered steel wire, it is significantly heavier than a standard domestic rubber hose. The weight is a necessary trade-off for its extreme commercial durability and crush resistance.

Can I drive over this hose with a car?

While it is never recommended to intentionally run over pressure hoses, the double-wire steel braiding provides massive crush resistance. If a car slowly rolls over it on a driveway, the steel mesh will generally prevent the hose from bursting.

Do you offer trade pricing for commercial cleaners?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial pressure washing contractors, automotive detailers, and agricultural firms. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
