Product Description

Karcher Power Tool Dust Extraction Kit (2.863-112.0) – Vacuum Replacement Parts

Execute highly aggressive, instantaneous worksite decontamination and guarantee absolute, legally compliant indoor air quality with the exceptionally innovative Karcher Vacuum Kit for Power Tools (2.863-112.0). In the demanding commercial construction, carpentry, and DIY renovation sectors, operating high-speed power tools indoors creates a massive OH&S liability. Saws and grinders instantly fill the room with an explosive, choking cloud of highly toxic silica dust and fine sawdust, destroying the facility's presentation and causing severe respiratory trauma. This professional-grade vacuum replacement part provides the ultimate, high-efficiency mechanical solution. Engineered specifically to bridge the gap between your heavy-duty Karcher Wet & Dry vacuum and your power tools, it captures 99% of the airborne dust directly at the source—the exact millisecond the blade cuts the wood—completely preventing the dust from ever entering the breathable air.

Designed for absolute worksite productivity and unparalleled operator ergonomics, the Karcher Power Tool Extraction Kit features a highly flexible, 1-meter suction hose. This specialized, lightweight hose ensures the operator can maneuver a heavy circular saw or orbital sander flawlessly without a massive, heavy-duty vacuum hose pulling and ruining their precision cut. Heavily equipped with a universally adaptable, multi-stepped rubber adapter, this kit connects seamlessly to the exhaust ports of almost all common power tools on the market (ranging from 21mm to 41mm). By deploying these elite industrial cleaning tools, tradespeople and facility managers can guarantee an immaculate, dust-free worksite, drastically slashing the labor hours wasted on sweeping up at the end of the shift.

Who Is The Karcher Power Tool Extraction Kit Ideal For?

The Karcher 2.863-112.0 Kit delivers a highly flexible 1m hose, a universal multi-stepped rubber adapter, and massive Karcher WD compatibility. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Carpenters & Builders: Utilizing a highly robust, high-efficiency vacuum replacement part to connect their orbital sanders, planers, and circular saws directly to a Karcher vacuum. The kit instantly extracts massive volumes of fine sawdust, ensuring the worksite remains perfectly clean and highly professional.
Indoor Renovators & DIYers: Relying on the instantaneous dust capture. When cutting skirting boards or sanding drywall inside a finished, occupied residential home, this kit guarantees the fine, white plaster dust is sucked away before it can coat the client's expensive furniture and carpets.
Stone Masons & Concrete Cutters: Taking absolute advantage of the hazardous dust extraction. Connecting a grinder to this vacuum kit is a critical OH&S requirement, as it violently pulls highly toxic crystalline silica dust out of the air before it can reach the operator's lungs.
Facility OH&S Managers: Deploying premium industrial cleaning tools equipped with a highly flexible 1m hose. The lightweight hosing ensures workers can execute precise, delicate power tool operations without suffering from severe wrist fatigue caused by wrestling with heavy, rigid standard vacuum hoses.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Instant Point-of-Source Extraction: The ultimate health and safety advantage. Instead of sweeping up a massive mess later, this kit connects your vacuum directly to the exhaust port of the power tool. The vacuum physically rips the fine dust out of the tool the exact millisecond it is created, keeping the air completely sterile.
Universal Multi-Stepped Rubber Adapter: Ensures strict worksite versatility. Power tool manufacturers all use different sized exhaust ports. The included heavy-duty rubber adapter features a conical, multi-stepped design. You simply cut it or push it to fit any tool exhaust port ranging from 21mm up to 41mm perfectly.
Highly Flexible 1-Metre Hose: Maximizes operator precision. Standard 35mm vacuum hoses are heavy and incredibly rigid; connecting one to a small sander ruins your balance. This specialized 1-meter hose is incredibly thin and flexible, allowing you to maneuver the power tool flawlessly with absolutely zero pulling resistance.
Maintains Impeccable Worksite Visibility: Protects operator safety. When cutting a complex angle, massive clouds of sawdust instantly blind you and cover your pencil line. By extracting the dust instantly, this kit ensures you always have a perfect, crystal-clear view of the cutting blade.
Seamless Karcher WD Integration: Reduces ongoing commercial overheads. The base of the 1-meter hose is explicitly engineered to friction-fit flawlessly into the hand-grips of the Karcher Home & Garden WD (Wet & Dry) series vacuums, ensuring an absolute airtight seal for maximum suction velocity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the purpose of a 'Power Tool Extraction Kit'?

When you use a circular saw or a sander indoors, it fills the entire room with a massive, choking cloud of toxic dust. This kit physically connects the exhaust port of your spinning power tool directly to your Karcher vacuum. The vacuum sucks the dust out of the tool the exact millisecond it is created, keeping the room perfectly clean.

What is included in this extraction kit?

This highly specialized kit includes one (1) highly flexible, lightweight 1-metre suction hose, and one (1) universal, multi-stepped heavy-duty rubber tool adapter.

Is this a genuine Karcher accessory?

Yes. This (Part 2.863-112.0) is a 100% genuine, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) kit manufactured by Karcher. Using genuine parts guarantees a perfect, airtight friction-fit onto your Karcher vacuum handle, ensuring you do not lose suction power.

Which specific Karcher vacuums will this kit fit?

The base of the 1-meter hose features a standard 35mm connection. It is explicitly engineered to fit seamlessly onto the hand-grips and standard hoses of the highly popular Karcher WD (Wet & Dry) series (e.g., WD 2, WD 3, WD 4, WD 5, WD 6).

How does the 'Universal Rubber Adapter' work?

Power tool brands all have different sized exhaust holes. The included rubber adapter is shaped like a cone with multiple steps (ranging from 21mm to 41mm). You simply push the soft rubber cone heavily into the exhaust port of your specific saw or sander, and the rubber compresses to form a perfect, airtight seal.

Why do I need a special 1-metre hose? Why can't I just plug the vacuum directly into the saw?

Standard 35mm vacuum hoses are incredibly thick, heavy, and rigid. If you plug a massive hose directly into a small orbital sander, the weight of the hose will violently twist your wrist and ruin your sanding finish. This special 1m hose is incredibly thin and highly flexible, completely eliminating heavy pulling resistance.

Will this extract heavy concrete and silica dust?

Yes. When connected to a masonry grinder, the Karcher vacuum will aggressively extract the highly toxic silica dust. However, you MUST ensure your Karcher vacuum is equipped with a high-density pleated filter and a fleece filter bag, otherwise the microscopic concrete powder will destroy the vacuum motor instantly.

Will this adapter fit my Makita, Dewalt, or Bosch power tools?

Yes! Because the rubber adapter is universally stepped from 21mm up to 41mm, it is designed to friction-fit securely into the exhaust ports of almost all major global power tool brands without requiring expensive, proprietary branded plastic clips.

Can I cut the rubber adapter to fit my tool perfectly?

Yes. If the narrowest tip of the conical rubber adapter is restricting airflow or getting in the way, you can easily use a utility knife to slice the tip off, creating a permanent, customized fit for a larger 35mm or 41mm exhaust port.

Does the vacuum turn on automatically when I pull the saw trigger?

Only if you own a specific 'Power Tool Take-Off' vacuum (like the Karcher WD 3 P or WD 6 P Premium). These specific vacuums have a 240V power socket on the front. You plug your saw into the vacuum, and the vacuum's internal CPU turns the suction on automatically the exact second you start the saw.

Can I use this kit to vacuum up wet liquid spills?

Absolutely NOT. This kit is strictly designed for extracting dry, airborne construction dust (like sawdust and plaster). Running thick, wet sludge or water through the narrow 1m flexible hose will instantly cause severe blockages.

Do you offer trade pricing for commercial builders?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial carpenters, builders, cabinet makers, and facility managers ordering bulk vacuum replacement parts and extraction accessories. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
