What is the difference between the SC 2 and the more expensive SC 3?

The main difference is the heating and refill system. The SC 3 heats up in 30 seconds and can be refilled continuously while running. The SC 2 takes 6.5 minutes to heat up, and when the 1L tank is empty, you must turn it off and let it cool down before opening the safety cap to refill it.

How hot does the steam get?

The internal boiler superheats the water to well over 100ºC to generate the 3.2 Bar of steam pressure. By the time it exits the nozzle, the steam is incredibly hot and capable of melting solid cooking grease instantly.

Does it use chemicals or detergent?
