Frequently Asked Questions

What is the purpose of this tube?

This rigid extension tube connects the handheld trigger gun to the floor nozzle. It channels the suction to the floor and supports the water line, allowing you to clean carpets while standing upright.

Is this a genuine Karcher replacement part?

Yes. This (Part 4.025-004.0) is a 100% genuine, OEM replacement manufactured directly by Karcher Professional.

Which Puzzi models does this tube fit?

It is designed to fit standard Karcher Puzzi spray extraction machines, including the Puzzi 8/1, Puzzi 10/1, and Puzzi 30/4.

Does this listing include the floor nozzle?

No. This listing is for the rigid extension tube only. The wide floor nozzle, the trigger handle, and the flexible hose must be purchased separately.

Is the internal water tube included?

Please check the exact product delivery scope. Generally, this part number refers to the main structural suction tube; the internal/external water solution line may be a separate component depending on the machine generation.

Can I connect two tubes together for extra reach?

No. The Puzzi system is generally designed to use a single extension tube connected to the handle and the floor nozzle to maintain proper suction and structural stability.

What material is the tube made from?

It is constructed from high-strength, lightweight aluminum or durable commercial plastic (depending on the exact model variant supplied by Karcher) to balance durability with operator comfort.

Will this fit my domestic Karcher vacuum?

No. The connection fittings are specifically engineered for the Karcher Professional Puzzi spray extraction line and will not fit standard domestic vacuums.

How does it connect to the handle?

It utilizes standard Karcher friction-fit or quick-connect locking collars to ensure a secure, airtight seal with the trigger handle and the floor nozzle.

Can I attach the D-Handle (4.321-001.0) to this tube?

Yes. The Karcher ergonomic D-Handle is explicitly designed to clamp directly onto this rigid extension tube.

Why has my wand lost suction?

If there is no suction at the floor tool, this tube may be cracked, or the connections at either end may not be sealed properly. Replacing a cracked tube restores proper vacuum performance.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
