Product Description

Karcher DN35 Car Interior Vacuum Nozzle (6.906-108.0)

Streamline your automotive cleaning processes with the Karcher DN35 Car Nozzle (6.906-108.0). Standard wide floor tools and narrow crevice nozzles are often impractical for the heavily contoured surfaces of a vehicle. This highly optimized commercial vacuum attachment is engineered specifically for automotive detailing. Measuring 90mm wide, its flattened, angled profile is perfectly shaped to glide over car seats, extract heavy dirt from carpeted footwells, and slide effortlessly into the tight gaps between the seats and the center console.

Manufactured from highly durable, impact-resistant industrial plastic, this car vacuum nozzle is designed to withstand the physical abuse of a busy commercial car wash or mobile detailing operation. It features a standard DN35 (35mm) connection, ensuring a secure, airtight friction-fit with a vast range of Karcher commercial wet and dry vacuum cleaners. By focusing suction power precisely where it is needed, it drastically reduces the time required to complete interior vehicle grooming.

Ideal For:

Automotive Detailers: The angled flat head rapidly extracts embedded sand, pet hair, and food crumbs from heavily contoured fabric car seats and deep boot carpets.
Commercial Car Washes: A robust, high-efficiency tool that significantly speeds up interior vacuuming times, improving daily vehicle turnover rates.
Fleet Maintenance: Perfect for cleaning the cabs of delivery vans, commercial trucks, and public transport buses effectively.

Key Features & Operational Benefits:

90mm Optimized Width: Provides a wider cleaning path than a crevice tool for faster coverage, while remaining narrow enough to navigate complex vehicle interiors.
Flattened & Angled Geometry: Engineered to lay flat against automotive upholstery, maximizing suction contact to pull deeply embedded dirt out of fabric.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Build: Constructed from robust plastics designed to resist cracking when dropped on concrete workshop floors.
Standard DN35 Fitment: Connects securely to any Karcher commercial hose or wand utilizing the standard 35mm internal diameter fitting.

Technical Specifications:

Product Type: Car Interior Nozzle / Vacuum Accessory

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the primary use of this nozzle?

This nozzle is explicitly shaped for cleaning vehicle interiors. The 90mm flat, angled head easily sweeps over car seats, deeply extracts dirt from floor mats, and fits down into the awkward gaps beside the doors and center console.

What does 'DN35' mean?

DN35 refers to the standard connection diameter of 35 millimeters. It means this attachment is engineered to friction-fit securely onto any vacuum hose handle or extension wand that has a 35mm outer diameter.

Which Karcher machines will this fit?

This nozzle is widely compatible with Karcher Professional vacuums that use a DN35 hose, including the popular NT series (Wet/Dry vacuums) and T series (Dry tub vacuums).

Why is this better than a standard crevice tool for cars?

A crevice tool is extremely narrow, meaning it takes a very long time to vacuum a car seat or floor mat. This car nozzle is 90mm wide, allowing you to cover the surface much faster while still being compact enough to fit between the seats.

Will this scratch leather car seats?

The nozzle is made from smooth, durable plastic without sharp edges. When used flat against the surface as designed, it is generally safe for automotive leather. However, always exercise caution and avoid aggressive gouging on delicate materials.

Can I use this for wet vacuuming?

Yes. The plastic construction is completely rust-proof and highly durable. If you are using a compatible Karcher Wet & Dry vacuum, this nozzle is excellent for extracting water from flooded footwells.

Does it have a brush on the bottom?

No. The car nozzle features a smooth, flat plastic edge to maximize direct suction against the carpet and upholstery. It does not have bristles.

Is this a genuine Karcher accessory?

Yes, this (Part 6.906-108.0) is a 100% genuine OEM accessory manufactured by Karcher Professional.

Will this fit domestic Karcher WD vacuums?

Many domestic Karcher WD (Wet & Dry) vacuums utilize a 35mm connection system. However, you should physically measure the end of your hose handle to confirm it is 35mm before purchasing.

Can I use it to clean carpeted stairs?

Yes. Because of its compact width and angled head, many commercial cleaners use this nozzle to vacuum narrow stair treads and tight corners where standard floor heads cannot fit.

Will this fit a Pacvac backpack vacuum?

No. Standard commercial Pacvacs utilize a smaller 32mm connection system. If you attempt to put this 35mm tool on a 32mm wand, it will fall off unless you purchase a 32mm-to-35mm adapter.

Do you offer trade pricing for mobile car detailers?

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
