Product Description

Powershot HW1310 Hose Reel Kit – 20m Pressure Washer Hose Reel

Dramatically improve the efficiency and safety of your wash bay with the Powershot HW1310 Hose Reel Kit (Includes 20m Hose). Leaving 20 metres of high-pressure hose coiled loosely on a workshop floor is a severe trip hazard and practically guarantees the hose will be run over and destroyed by heavy vehicles. This premium pressure washer hose reel provides a highly organized, professional storage solution, allowing you to neatly wind and protect your hose the moment you finish washing. Designed specifically to mount directly onto the Powershot Hotwash HW1310 electric hot water machine, it transforms your mobile pressure washer into a complete, self-contained cleaning station.

Built for the punishing demands of heavy industrial use, this commercial hose reel kit comes fully equipped with a massive 20-metre, 3/8-inch high-pressure hose, effectively doubling your standard cleaning radius. Capable of handling intense hydraulic forces up to 5800 PSI, the hose and internal reel swivels safely manage the blistering heat generated by the HW1310 boiler without melting or leaking. Complete with all necessary mounting brackets and featuring standard M22 connection fittings, this hot water pressure washer hose reel is an indispensable ergonomic upgrade for serious mechanical workshops and agricultural wash bays.

Who Is This Hose Reel Kit Ideal For?

This 20m Hose Reel Kit provides massive reach and organized, safe storage. It is highly recommended for:

Mechanical Workshops: Eliminating dangerous trip hazards by ensuring the heavy 20m high-pressure hose is neatly spooled away immediately after washing down a greasy engine bay.
Current HW1310 Owners: Sourcing the exact-fit, OEM pressure washer hose reel designed specifically to bolt straight onto the chassis of their Powershot Hotwash machine.
Agricultural & Farm Workers: Utilizing the massive 20-metre hose length to flush out the furthest corners of large dairy sheds without having to move the heavy 75kg boiler unit.
Industrial Wash Bays: Upgrading their equipment with a heavy-duty, 5800 PSI rated hose that can safely withstand the extreme temperatures of commercial hot water degreasing.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Massive 20-Metre Hose Included: Doubles the standard reach of your machine, allowing you to wash entirely around large transport trucks and tractors without moving the heavy base unit.
Integrated Hose Storage: Protects your expensive high-pressure hose from being crushed by forklifts, sliced on sharp metal, or degrading in the sun by keeping it neatly spooled.
Direct HW1310 Mounting: The kit includes custom-designed steel mounting brackets that bolt seamlessly onto the handle frame of the Powershot Hotwash HW1310 machine.
Extreme 5800 PSI Rating: The included 3/8" hose is heavily reinforced to easily handle the violent pressure spikes and extreme hot water generated by the machine's diesel boiler.
Smooth Winding Handle: Features a heavy-duty manual crank handle that allows operators to rapidly spool the 20m hose back onto the drum with minimal physical effort.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this kit include the hose, or is it just the bare reel?

This is a complete upgrade kit. It includes the heavy-duty metal hose reel, the mounting brackets, AND a massive 20-metre, high-pressure 3/8-inch commercial hose.

Will this reel fit onto a standard cold-water petrol machine?

No. The mounting brackets included in this kit are specifically bent and drilled to attach perfectly to the tubular frame of the Powershot HW1310 Hotwash machine.

Can the reel handle the 130ºC hot water from the HW1310?

Yes, absolutely. The internal swivel joint inside the reel and the 20m hose itself are specifically rated to safely withstand the scalding hot water and steam generated by the machine's diesel boiler.

Is the reel spring-loaded (automatic rewind)?

No, this is a highly reliable manual crank reel. Spring-loaded reels frequently break under the heavy weight of a 20m commercial hose full of water. The manual hand-crank guarantees a lifetime of failure-free winding.

What does M22F and M22M mean?

M22 is the industry-standard 22mm screw thread used on commercial hoses. M22F (Female) means the thread is on the inside of the collar, and M22M (Male) means the thread is on the outside. This allows you to screw your existing trigger gun straight onto the new hose.

Do I have to completely unroll the hose to use the pressure washer?

Yes, it is highly recommended. If you leave 15 metres of hose tightly coiled on the reel while pumping hot water through it, the heat cannot escape. This can cause the rubber hose to melt and fuse together.

Will this 20m hose restrict my water pressure?

Because it is a large, commercial 3/8-inch internal diameter hose, the friction loss is very minimal. You will not notice a significant drop in pressure at the gun compared to a standard 10m hose.

Is the reel rust-proof?

The hose reel drum and brackets are manufactured from heavy-duty steel that is thickly powder-coated to resist rust and corrosion in wet wash-bay environments.

How do I connect the reel to the pump?

The kit includes a short 'whip' or 'jumper' hose. You connect one end of the whip hose to the water outlet on the machine's pump, and the other end to the water inlet on the side of the hose reel.

Do I need special tools to mount it?

You will only need standard hand tools (spanners or a socket set) to bolt the brackets onto the machine's frame and to tighten the high-pressure M22 hose connections.

Do you offer trade pricing for mechanical workshops?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides competitive trade and bulk pricing for mechanic workshops, industrial facilities, and agricultural businesses. Contact us to establish your trade account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
