Product Description

Vega Premium High Pressure Spray Gun (No Swivel) – Commercial Trigger Gun

Command absolute, unwavering control over the most ferocious industrial water extraction systems on the market with the legendary Vega Premium High Pressure Spray Gun (No Swivel). For over 50 years, the Vega has reigned as Australia’s No.1 selling spray gun, completely dominating the demanding commercial and industrial cleaning sectors. Standard domestic trigger guns simply shatter internally when exposed to brutal hydraulic spikes. This elite commercial trigger gun is meticulously manufactured in Italy from premium, heavy-duty brass and impact-resistant polymers. It effortlessly commands a colossal 4500 PSI rated pressure (capable of withstanding 5000 PSI maximum spikes) and processes a massive 40 Litres per minute flow rate without blowing its internal seals.

Engineered for highly specialized, direct-connection wash bays, this specific 'No Swivel' model ensures absolute rigidity. By eliminating the moving swivel joint at the base, it provides the most secure, leak-proof, hard-plumbed connection possible between the gun and the high-pressure hose via its standard 3/8" BSP female inlet. The 1/4" BSP female outlet guarantees universal compatibility with heavy-duty lances and foam cannons. Featuring a highly ergonomic grip to drastically reduce hand fatigue during grueling 8-hour shifts, and fully capable of handling blistering 160ºC hot water, these essential pressure washer parts are the ultimate, indestructible upgrade for mining rigs, food processing plants, and professional contractors.

Who Is The Vega Premium High Pressure Spray Gun Ideal For?

The Vega No-Swivel Gun delivers Italian-made 5000 PSI durability and massive 40 L/min flow. It is highly recommended for:

Industrial Wash Bays & Factories: Utilizing a hard-plumbed, heavy-duty commercial trigger gun to execute relentless, high-volume wash-downs of manufacturing equipment without the gun ever failing or leaking.
Mining & Earthmoving Washers: Relying on the colossal 5000 PSI max rating to safely control the ferocious water pressure required to violently blast heavy clay and abrasive slurry off massive dump trucks.
Food Processing & Abattoirs: Pumping blistering 160ºC hot water safely through the gun to instantly melt heavy biological fats and thick grease off tiled walls without the internal seals melting.
Custom Rig Builders: Sourcing authentic, Italian-made pressure washer parts to construct highly reliable, fixed-hose extraction systems for mobile detailing vans and truck-mount carpet cleaners.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Colossal 5000 PSI Max Pressure: The internal brass manifold is heavily forged to survive the extreme hydraulic violence of massive 3-phase and petrol pumps, completely preventing catastrophic blowouts.
Massive 40 L/min Flow Rate: Essential for heavy industrial cleaning. The massive internal bore ensures that even the highest-flow commercial pumps are not bottlenecked, delivering absolute maximum flushing power to the nozzle.
Direct 'No-Swivel' Connection: This specific model does not feature a spinning base. This provides an absolutely rigid, highly secure connection for heavy-duty setups that require a hard-plumbed hose to prevent any possible point of mechanical failure.
Blistering 160ºC Heat Resistance: The premium internal Viton seals and high-grade plastics are explicitly engineered to safely channel boiling hot water and steam from commercial diesel-heated pressure washers.
Legendary Italian Engineering: Manufactured entirely in Italy. The Vega gun is globally recognized for its uncompromising durability, highly ergonomic trigger action, and extreme resistance to harsh chemical corrosion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'No Swivel' mean?

Many commercial guns have a spinning bearing at the base where the hose attaches to stop the hose from tangling. This specific 'No Swivel' model is completely solid and rigid at the base. It is heavily preferred for fixed wash-bay setups where a swivel is considered an unnecessary weak point that could eventually leak.

Is 5000 PSI enough for a commercial petrol washer?

Absolutely. A 5000 PSI maximum pressure rating is massive. It comfortably exceeds the output of almost all heavy-duty commercial petrol washers and massive 3-phase electric wash bay units, ensuring total safety against blowouts.

What do the 'BSP' sizes mean?

BSP (British Standard Pipe) is the standard thread type used in industrial plumbing. The 3/8-inch inlet is where the massive high-pressure hose from your machine screws in. The 1/4-inch outlet is where you screw in the long metal spray lance or a quick-connect coupler.

Will this fit my domestic Karcher or Ryobi?

No. Domestic machines use highly proprietary plastic push-and-twist hoses or small M22 threads. This Vega gun uses massive 3/8-inch commercial metal threads and is designed exclusively for heavy-duty industrial machines.

Can I use this gun with boiling hot water?

Yes! The heavy-duty Italian brass manifold and internal Viton seals are engineered to safely handle blistering commercial hot water and steam up to a massive 160ºC without melting or leaking.

Do I need to use thread tape (Teflon) to install the hose?

Yes. The 3/8-inch and 1/4-inch BSP threads are metal-on-metal connections subjected to extreme 4500+ PSI pressure. You MUST wrap plumbers Teflon tape tightly around the male threads of your hose and lance before screwing them into this gun to prevent high-pressure leaks.

Why is the trigger 'ergonomic'?

Holding a trigger gun open against 4500 PSI of water force creates massive hand cramps. The Vega is famous for its mechanical leverage design, making the trigger incredibly easy to squeeze and hold open for an 8-hour shift without fatiguing the operator's forearm.

Is this gun made of plastic?

The black outer shell and the trigger handle are made of high-impact, commercial-grade polymer to protect your hands from heat. However, the entire internal 'guts' of the gun (the manifold, valves, and threads) are forged from heavy-duty Italian brass and stainless steel.

Can I attach a foam cannon to this gun?

Yes, but you will need an adapter. The outlet of this gun is a 1/4-inch Female thread. You would typically screw a 1/4-inch Male Quick Connect (QC) coupler into the front of this gun, which then allows you to snap foam cannons and short lances in and out instantly.

Will this restrict my machine's water flow?

Not at all. With a massive 40 Litres per minute (L/min) flow rating, the internal passages of this gun are incredibly wide, ensuring it can handle the water volume of the absolute largest industrial pumps without causing a bottleneck.

Is Vega a good brand?

Vega (manufactured by PA in Italy) is widely considered the absolute gold standard in the global high-pressure cleaning industry. Their trigger guns are legendary for their longevity and rebuildable nature.

Do you offer trade pricing for commercial wash bays?

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
