Product Description

Cleanstar 40cm Wide Euro Floor Tool with Wheels (38mm) – Commercial Vacuum Floor Tool

Drastically accelerate your industrial cleaning times and cover massive floor areas with the elite Cleanstar 40cm Wide Euro Floor Tool (FTEC138-1). When sweeping expansive concrete warehouses, huge retail showrooms, or school gymnasiums, standard 30cm floor tools are agonizingly slow. This premium, heavy-duty commercial vacuum floor tool features an oversized 40cm cleaning path, allowing operators to increase their sweeping productivity by over 30%. Proudly manufactured in Italy to the highest European commercial standards, this robust attachment is an absolute necessity for facility managers demanding maximum efficiency from their large-bore industrial extraction machines.

To support massive volumes of industrial airflow, this tool is engineered specifically for the heavy-duty 38mm commercial connection standard. Unlike cheap, dragging floor heads that cause severe arm fatigue, this premium 38mm floor tool is equipped with smooth-rolling, integrated rear wheels that effortlessly carry the weight of the wand, ensuring it glides flawlessly across both hard floors and commercial carpets. Furthermore, it is supplied with highly versatile, interchangeable brush strips for dry sweeping, and rubber squeegee blades for wet extraction, making it the ultimate multi-purpose attachment for your heavy-duty vacuum accessories arsenal.

Who Is This 40cm Wide Commercial Floor Tool Ideal For?

The FTEC138-1 delivers an oversized 40cm cleaning path and extreme Italian durability. It is highly recommended for:

Warehouse & Logistics Cleaners: Utilizing the massive 40cm width of this commercial vacuum floor tool to rapidly sweep heavy dust and debris from expansive concrete factory floors in record time.
Construction & Tradespeople: Switching to the interchangeable squeegee blades to convert this tool into a massive wet extractor, quickly pulling floodwater and wet slurry off worksite floors.
School & Retail Janitors: Benefiting from the integrated rolling wheels, which carry the heavy weight of the 38mm metal wand, drastically reducing operator arm fatigue during massive 8-hour shifts.
Appliance Repair Technicians: Sourcing highly reliable, Italian-made vacuum accessories to upgrade clients' industrial twin-motor vacuums for maximum wide-path performance.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Oversized 40cm Cleaning Path: Significantly wider than standard attachments, allowing operators to cover massive amounts of floor space in a single pass, drastically boosting labor productivity.
Smooth Integrated Wheels: Features heavy-duty rear rolling wheels that carry the weight of the wand and prevent the tool from suction-sticking to the floor, ensuring effortless, fatigue-free sweeping.
Interchangeable Blades & Brushes: Supplied as a complete kit with slide-in stiff brush strips for aggressive dry sweeping, and slide-in rubber squeegee blades for heavy-duty wet extraction.
Italian Commercial Engineering: Proudly manufactured in Italy, guaranteeing the use of premium, impact-resistant plastics designed specifically to survive punishing daily commercial abuse.
Heavy-Duty 38mm Fitment: Engineered specifically for the large-bore 38mm commercial standard, allowing it to seamlessly adapt to massive industrial metal wands without restricting airflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does '38mm' mean?

38mm refers to the oversized internal diameter of the plastic neck on this floor tool. Standard domestic vacuums use 32mm. 38mm is a massive, heavy-duty industrial standard designed to suck up large debris without blocking the pipe.

How do I measure my vacuum pipe to see if this fits?

Take your current metal vacuum wand. Measure straight across the circular opening at the very bottom end (the end that goes into the floor tool). You are measuring the OUTSIDE diameter. If it is exactly 38mm, this tool will fit your system perfectly.

Will this fit my standard Pacvac or Pullman backpack vacuum?

No. Standard commercial backpacks almost exclusively use the much smaller 32mm standard. This 38mm floor tool will be vastly too large and will immediately fall off a 32mm backpack wand.

What is the advantage of a 40cm wide tool?

Standard vacuum tools are roughly 28cm to 30cm wide. A 40cm tool is significantly wider, meaning you cover vastly more floor area with every single sweep. This drastically reduces the time it takes to clean a massive warehouse or gymnasium.

Why does this tool have wheels on the back?

Industrial 38mm metal wands are very heavy. The integrated wheels bear the weight of the wand and prevent the wide tool from 'suction-sticking' to the floor. This allows the operator to push the heavy tool effortlessly, drastically reducing shoulder fatigue.

How do I switch between the brushes and the squeegee blades?

The base of the tool has sliding tracks. You simply slide the stiff bristle strips out of the tracks, and slide the rubber squeegee blades in when you want to switch from dry sweeping to wet flood extraction.

Can I use this on thick commercial carpets?

While it can be used on carpets with the brushes removed, this type of wheeled, wide-path tool is primarily engineered for massive, expansive hard floors like concrete warehouses, tiled shopping centers, and timber gymnasiums.

Where is this floor tool manufactured?

This premium Cleanstar Euro floor tool is proudly designed and manufactured in Italy, renowned for producing the most durable, high-quality commercial cleaning accessories in the industry.

Does it lock into place with a button clip?

No, true heavy-duty commercial tools rely purely on a tight friction fit. The plastic neck has a slight taper; you simply push your 38mm metal wand hard into the neck, and the friction locks it tightly into an airtight seal.

Is the plastic easily breakable?

No. Unlike thin domestic attachments that shatter easily, this tool is manufactured from thick, impact-resistant commercial plastic explicitly designed to survive being rammed into warehouse walls and machinery.

Can I use it to suck up heavy sludge and mud?

Yes, absolutely. By installing the rubber squeegee blades and attaching it to a heavy-duty Wet and Dry vacuum, this tool is exceptional at scraping and extracting heavy wet sludge and floodwater from concrete floors.

Do you offer trade pricing for construction companies?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial builders, industrial workshops, and facility managers. Contact us to establish your trade account for spare parts.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
