Product Description

Pacvac Superpro Screw-In Machine Connector (32mm) – Pacvac Spare Parts (CON001)

Guarantee a flawless, unyielding connection between your vacuum hose and the motor canister with the genuine Pacvac Superpro Screw-In Machine Connector (CON001 / KC200). In the fast-paced contract cleaning industry, operators frequently pull their backpack vacuums along by the hose. Over time, this massive physical tension causes the machine-end connector to stretch, crack, or completely shatter, leading to severe suction leaks and the hose falling out of the machine. This highly durable vacuum hose adapter is the exact OEM replacement designed to screw directly into the lid of your Pacvac Superpro, instantly restoring an airtight, rock-solid seal.

Minimizing equipment downtime is essential for profitability. Designed for rapid, tool-free installation, this essential piece of commercial vacuum parts allows janitorial staff to repair a broken hose connection on-site in a matter of seconds. It is specifically engineered to accept standard 32mm commercial vacuum hoses and is supplied complete with the internal hull and locking ring, providing a comprehensive repair solution in one package. Fully compatible with the legendary Pacvac Superpro 700 series and numerous Numatic machines, these genuine Pacvac spare parts are the ultimate, low-cost insurance policy for your commercial cleaning fleet.

Who Is This Screw-In Hose Connector Ideal For?

The Pacvac CON001 Connector provides a highly secure, screw-in hose attachment. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Keeping a bulk supply of genuine Pacvac spare parts in the storage closet to instantly fix cracked hose connectors on site, ensuring staff don't lose valuable time during a shift.
Appliance Repair Technicians: Sourcing authentic commercial vacuum parts to professionally repair clients' broken Pacvac hoses without forcing them to buy a complete, expensive hose assembly.
School & Facility Janitors: Repairing the heavily abused hoses on their fleet of Pacvac Superpro 700 backpacks, ensuring the hose stays securely locked into the machine lid during rigorous use.
Numatic Vacuum Owners: Utilizing a highly durable, cross-compatible vacuum hose adapter to securely thread their 32mm hose into the base of compatible Numatic canister vacuums.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Secure Screw-In Design: Features a heavy-duty threaded base that screws firmly directly into the clear dome lid of the Pacvac vacuum, ensuring the hose cannot be accidentally yanked out of the machine.
Complete Repair Kit: Supplied as a complete assembly, including the main connector body, the internal hull, and the locking ring required to securely clamp onto the ribbed flexible hose.
Restores Maximum Suction: A cracked machine connector leaks massive amounts of air, destroying your vacuum's suction. This seamless piece instantly seals the system at the canister, restoring 100% dirt-lifting power.
Cost-Effective Hose Repair: Completely eliminates the need to throw away a perfectly good 1.2-metre flexible vacuum hose just because the plastic tip at the machine end snapped.
Genuine Pacvac Reliability: As a 100% authentic OEM component (KC200), it guarantees exact dimensional fitment, ensuring it screws smoothly into the machine lid without damaging the threads.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does this connector go on the vacuum?

This connector sits at the 'machine end' of your flexible vacuum hose. It is the specific part that physically screws into the clear plastic dome lid on top of your Pacvac backpack vacuum.

Does this piece go on the handle where I hold it?

No. The piece where you hold the wand is called the 'Bent End Piece' or handle. This connector (CON001) strictly goes on the opposite end of the hose, attaching the hose to the actual vacuum motor unit.

What does 'Supplied with Hull and Ring' mean?

To attach a plastic connector to a flexible, ribbed hose, you need internal locking pieces. The 'Hull' screws onto the end of the flexible hose, and the 'Ring' clamps it down. This product includes all three pieces needed to securely attach the connector to your bare hose.

How do I install this onto my old hose?

You unscrew the broken connector from the vacuum lid. Then, unclip the locking ring and unscrew the old hull from the flexible hose. Screw the new hull onto the hose, slide the ring over it, clip the new connector body into the ring, and finally screw the whole assembly back into the vacuum lid.

Will this fit my Pullman backpack vacuum?

Pullman backpacks generally use a 'push-in' friction fit connector at the machine end, rather than a screw-in thread. This specific screw-in connector is engineered exclusively for the threaded lids of Pacvac and certain Numatic machines.

Is this a genuine Pacvac part?

Yes, this is a 100% authentic Pacvac OEM replacement part (Part CON001 / KC200), ensuring the plastic is commercial grade and the threads perfectly match your Pacvac clear dome lid.

Why does my hose keep falling out of the top of the vacuum?

If the hose falls out, the screw threads on your old connector have likely stripped or snapped off from being pulled too hard. Replacing this screw-in connector will securely lock the hose back into the lid.

What hose size does this fit?

It is designed to fit onto standard commercial 32mm flexible vacuum hoses, which is the universal standard used across the entire Pacvac Superpro range.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
