Dispatch: Items marked as “In stock” or “Ready to be shipped” are usually dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received. If an item is not in stock and ordered from our supplier, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before it is ready for delivery or pickup. All standard delivery options still apply.

Shipping: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Bulky items and chemicals may attract additional freight charges and cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
