Directions for Use

• Step 1: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly with clean water.
• Step 2: Prepare a sanitising solution by diluting 1 part product to 250 parts water
  (100 mL product : 25 L water = 100 PPM available chlorine).
• Step 3: Soak produce for 10 minutes in the prepared solution.
• Step 4: Rinse thoroughly with potable (drinking) water and allow to dry before use.
• Step 5: To prevent cross-contamination, rinse and sanitise sinks and containers between uses.
