Edco Power Pads (Glomesh Glitterpads) – Heavy Duty Scouring Pad
Execute highly efficient hard floor detailing and aggressive stain removal with the incredibly robust Edco Power Pads (Glomesh Glitterpads). In the professional commercial cleaning sector, standard kitchen sponges and light-duty cloths completely fail when tasked with removing baked-on grease, hardened chemical residue, or old floor wax from tight corners. This professional-grade heavy duty scouring pad acts as your ultimate, targeted abrasive tool. Designed specifically for heavy scrubbing and stripping applications, it provides operators with the focused friction required to rapidly restore neglected tiles, baseboards, and industrial equipment to a pristine condition.
Engineered for maximum worksite versatility and uncompromising durability, the Edco Power Pads feature a generous 250mm length and a thick 25mm profile. This ensures they hold a substantial amount of cleaning chemical while protecting the operator's hands from abrasive surfaces. They are explicitly designed to integrate flawlessly with standard Edco scourer pad holders, allowing cleaners to scrub floors effectively while standing upright. Available in an array of industry-standard color-coded options (Red, Blue, Black, and White), these premium commercial cleaning supplies provide facility managers with a highly reliable consumable for maintaining strict hygiene zoning and precise abrasive control.
Who Are The Edco Power Pads Ideal For?
The Edco Glomesh Glitterpads deliver a thick 25mm profile, aggressive scrubbing power, and distinct color-coded options. They are highly recommended for:
-
Hard Floor Restoration Experts: Utilizing a highly abrasive heavy duty scouring pad (like the Black pad) to manually strip old acrylic wax and stubborn sealer from tight room corners and staircases where rotary floor polishers cannot physically reach.
-
Commercial Kitchens & Hospitality: Relying on the robust scouring fibers to cut through thick, baked-on carbon deposits and heavy animal fats on commercial ovens, grill plates, and tiled walls.
-
Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Taking absolute advantage of the pad's compatibility with Edco pad holders, allowing staff to scrub bathroom floors and shower tiles aggressively without having to crawl on their hands and knees.
-
Facility OH&S Managers: Deploying premium commercial cleaning supplies that feature distinct color-coding. This guarantees a scouring pad used on a washroom floor is never accidentally used on a kitchen food-prep bench.
Key Features and Performance Benefits:
-
Exceptional Scrubbing Power: The ultimate detailing advantage. The thick, abrasive synthetic fibers aggressively cut through heavy dirt, soap scum, and old floor wax, minimizing the physical labor required to restore heavily soiled surfaces.
-
Optimized Commercial Dimensions: Built for worksite efficiency. Measuring 250mm long and 115mm wide, the pad provides excellent surface coverage for manual scrubbing while remaining compact enough to detail tight stair treads and skirting boards.
-
Compatible with Pad Holders: Improves operator ergonomics. The pads are specifically designed to grip securely onto Edco hand-held or pole-mounted pad holders, allowing for rapid floor scrubbing while standing fully upright.
-
Color-Coded Abrasiveness: Ensures the correct tool for the job. Available in White (Non-Abrasive), Red (Light Scrubbing), Blue (Medium Scrubbing), and Black (Heavy Stripping), allowing you to match the pad perfectly to the delicacy of the surface.
-
Highly Durable Construction: Exceptional commercial value. The thick 25mm synthetic webbing resists tearing and clogging, ensuring the pad survives rigorous daily use across abrasive concrete and sharp tile grout lines.
