Product Description

DeWALT 7.6m Braided Steel Pressure Washer Hose (4000 PSI) – High Pressure Hose

Instantly secure absolute operator safety and completely eliminate catastrophic hose blowouts on your grueling worksites with the formidable DeWALT 7.6m Braided Steel Pressure Washer Hose (DXPAZ25PH). In the heavy-duty commercial exterior cleaning sector, dragging cheap, domestic plastic hoses across jagged concrete and sharp brick pavers results in immediate, explosive ruptures that ruin the job. This elite high pressure hose is the absolute gold standard for extreme durability. Engineered with a highly advanced, dual-braided steel core, it effortlessly handles a colossal 4000 PSI (27.6 MPa) continuous working pressure, easily surviving the terrifying hydraulic spikes generated by massive commercial petrol pressure washers without bursting.

Durability meets unparalleled worksite convenience. The exterior of the hose features an exceptionally thick, abrasion-resistant polyurethane jacket. This specialized coating completely protects the internal steel braiding from being ground down when dragged across rough asphalt all day, ensuring a massive lifespan. At 7.6 metres (25 feet) in length, it provides the perfect balance: it is long enough to easily navigate entirely around a vehicle or traverse a large patio without constantly moving the heavy engine, yet short enough to prevent severe pressure drop. Arriving fully assembled with commercial-grade M22 Quick Connect fittings, these premium pressure washer parts are the ultimate, indestructible tether between your machine and your trigger gun.

Who Is The DeWALT Braided Steel Pressure Washer Hose Ideal For?

This 4000 PSI steel-braided hose delivers extreme abrasion resistance and standard M22 connections. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Exterior Cleaners: Utilizing an extreme-duty high pressure hose that effortlessly survives being dragged across highly abrasive brick pavers and sharp concrete driveways for 8 hours a day without splitting.
Automotive & Mobile Detailers: Relying on the optimal 7.6-metre length to seamlessly wash entirely around large commercial vans and dual-cab Utes without the frustration of constantly dragging the heavy pressure washer behind them.
Heavy Earthmoving & Mining: Deploying the colossal 4000 PSI pressure rating to safely operate massive water volumes required to violently blast thick clay off massive dump trucks without the hose bursting under extreme load.
Ambitious Homeowners: Upgrading their standard petrol washer by replacing the stiff, kinking factory hose with premium, highly flexible pressure washer parts that lay flat and do not fight the operator.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Colossal 4000 PSI Max Rating: The ultimate safety barrier. The internal braided steel core is forged to easily survive the extreme hydraulic violence of massive commercial petrol pumps, completely preventing catastrophic, high-pressure blowouts.
Heavy-Duty Polyurethane Exterior: The outer black jacket is highly specialized. It acts as an impenetrable shield, absorbing extreme friction when dragged across razor-sharp concrete worksites, completely preventing the internal steel wire from being exposed and rusting.
Optimal 7.6-Metre (25ft) Length: The perfect commercial size. It provides exceptional maneuverability around vehicles and patios without creating the massive pressure drop or severe storage tangles associated with 20-metre hoses.
Standard M22 Threaded Connections: Ready for immediate commercial deployment. Equipped with heavy-duty M22 fittings on both ends, it seamlessly screws into almost all standard commercial petrol pressure washing pumps and trigger guns.
Highly Flexible & Kink Resistant: Despite the massive steel reinforcement, DeWALT has engineered the hose to maintain incredible flexibility. It refuses to kink and fold over, completely ensuring uninterrupted water flow to your lance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'Braided Steel' mean?

Cheap hoses are just nylon plastic. This DeWALT hose features a highly advanced mesh of high-tensile steel wire woven into the rubber. This steel 'skeleton' gives the hose its massive 4000 PSI strength and stops it from swelling or bursting under extreme pressure.

Is 4000 PSI strong enough for my 13HP Petrol Washer?

Absolutely. Most 13HP or 15HP commercial petrol washers output between 3000 and 4000 PSI. This hose provides a massive safety rating, ensuring it will handle extreme pressure spikes when you release the trigger without blowing out.

What do the 'M22' fittings mean?

M22 is the absolute global standard commercial thread size used in the pressure washing industry. You will physically screw the heavy-duty brass collar on one end into your pump, and screw the other end tightly into the bottom of your trigger gun.

Will this fit my domestic Karcher or Ryobi electric washer?

No. Cheap domestic electric machines use highly proprietary plastic push-and-twist bayonet hoses. This DeWALT hose uses massive commercial M22 metal threads and is designed exclusively for heavy-duty industrial petrol machines.

Is 7.6 metres long enough?

Yes, 7.6m (25 feet) is the industry standard length for mobile detailing and driveway cleaning. It provides plenty of slack to walk entirely around a large car without needing to move the heavy, noisy petrol engine closer.

Can I use this hose with boiling hot water?

You must be very careful. DeWALT explicitly rates this hose for Cold Water use, up to a maximum temperature of 60ºC. Pumping 100ºC boiling steam from a diesel boiler through this hose will melt the internal rubber and destroy the hose.

Do I need to use thread tape (Teflon) to install the hose?

M22 fittings generally feature an internal rubber O-ring to create the seal. However, because it is handling a massive 4000 PSI, it is always professional best practice to wrap plumbers Teflon tape tightly around the male threads before screwing the hose on.

Is a steel-braided hose heavy to drag around?

It is definitely heavier and stiffer than a cheap plastic domestic hose because it is packed with solid steel. However, DeWALT is highly regarded for creating a hose that maintains excellent flexibility, ensuring you don't break your back pulling it.

Can I connect Quick Connect (QC) plugs to this hose?

Yes, absolutely. Because it uses standard commercial M22 screw threads, you can easily purchase M22-to-3/8" Quick Connect adapters, screw them tightly onto the ends of this hose, and convert it to snap instantly into your rig without tools.

Will the hose leave black scuff marks on concrete?

Premium commercial hoses with thick polyurethane jackets are specifically designed to be 'non-marking'. They will not leave hideous black rubber streaks across the customer's freshly cleaned concrete driveway when dragged.

Can I join two of these hoses together to make a 15m hose?

Yes. Because both ends are M22 threads, you can purchase a simple, inexpensive brass 'M22 Male to M22 Male' joiner nipple to screw two hoses together, instantly giving you a massive 15-metre reach.

Do you offer trade pricing for commercial washers?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for heavy earthmoving contractors, commercial exterior cleaners, and automotive detailers outfitting their rigs. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.
