Product Description

Agar Chloradet Hospital Grade Disinfectant (5L) – Hospital Grade Disinfectant

Execute the highest standard of clinical hygiene and aggressively eradicate severe organic grime with the highly formidable Agar Chloradet Hospital Grade Disinfectant. In commercial kitchens, healthcare washrooms, and damp public shower blocks, removing ingrained mold, body fats, and hazardous pathogens requires absolute chemical power. Standard neutral cleaners completely fail in these environments. This professional-grade hospital grade disinfectant provides the ultimate, heavy-duty restorative solution. Formulated with a highly active, high-foaming chlorine base, it delivers aggressive bleaching action that rapidly breaks down carbon, food spills, and soap scum while neutralizing bacteria, fungi, and viruses on contact.

Engineered for maximum worksite efficiency and rigorous infection control, Agar Chloradet utilizes a powerful combination of sodium hypochlorite and caustic alkali detergents. The high-foaming nature of the product ensures it clings excellently to vertical tiles and shower screens, maximizing the chemical contact time required to dissolve stubborn black mold. Highly concentrated and biodegradable, it can be diluted up to 1:160, providing exceptional economic value. Available in a bulk 5L drum, these premium commercial cleaning chemicals provide facility managers and cleaning contractors with an indispensable tool for achieving pristine, hospital-grade sanitation in the most challenging commercial environments.

Who Is Agar Chloradet Disinfectant Ideal For?

Agar Chloradet delivers a high-foaming chlorine formula, hospital-grade bacterial control, and heavy-duty grease removal. It is highly recommended for:

Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities: Utilizing a verified hospital grade disinfectant to meet strict clinical hygiene standards, ensuring contaminated washrooms, sluice rooms, and tiled floors are thoroughly sanitized and safe.
Commercial Kitchens & Food Prep: Relying on the aggressive caustic alkali and chlorine to rapidly cut through ingrained cooking fats, protein spills, and carbon deposits on tiled floors and prep areas.
Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Taking absolute advantage of the high-foaming bleaching action to effortlessly strip thick black mold and heavy soap scum from neglected public shower blocks and swimming pool change rooms.
Facility Maintenance Teams: Deploying premium bulk cleaning supplies to cost-effectively maintain multi-site operations. The highly concentrated formula can be diluted massively for general washroom mopping.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Hospital-Grade Chlorinated Disinfection: The ultimate clinical defense. It relies on powerful sodium hypochlorite to effectively kill a broad spectrum of dangerous bacteria, fungi, and many viruses, ensuring absolute facility hygiene.
Heavy-Duty Cleaning & Bleaching: Exceptional restorative power. The highly active formula rapidly attacks and breaks down severe organic contaminants, including heavy fats, grease, smoke films, and stubborn mold stains on hard surfaces.
High-Foaming Formulation: Improves vertical cleaning efficiency. The dense foam clings to vertical bathroom tiles and shower screens rather than immediately running off, allowing the chemical to penetrate and destroy the mold roots.
Highly Economical Concentrate: Provides outstanding commercial value. For general daily cleaning, it can be diluted up to an incredible 1:160 with water, drastically reducing the cost-per-use for large contract cleaning fleets.
Biodegradable Surfactants: An environmentally responsible choice. Despite its aggressive cleaning power, the detergents used are biodegradable, ensuring it breaks down safely in standard commercial waste-water systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes this a 'Hospital Grade' disinfectant?

A 'Hospital Grade' disinfectant contains a significantly higher concentration of active germ-killing ingredients (in this case, Sodium Hypochlorite) and has passed stricter regulatory testing to prove it can kill a broader spectrum of tough pathogens found in clinical environments.

Does this product contain bleach?

Yes. Agar Chloradet relies on 'Sodium Hypochlorite' (the active ingredient in chlorine bleach) combined with heavy-duty detergents to provide both extreme cleaning power and hospital-grade disinfection.

Can I use it to clean commercial kitchens?

Absolutely. It is highly effective in commercial kitchens. The caustic alkali and chlorine easily cut through heavy animal fats, carbon deposits, and ingrained food spills on tiled kitchen floors and prep areas.

Will it remove mold and mildew from bathroom tiles?

Yes, this is one of its primary applications. The high-foaming formula clings to vertical tiles and grout lines, allowing the chlorine to deeply penetrate and destroy stubborn black mold and mildew spores.

Do I need to dilute this product?

Yes. It is highly concentrated. For general floor mopping, you can dilute it up to 1:160 with water. For heavy-duty mold removal or greasy floors, you use a stronger concentration. Always refer to the label for specific ratios.

Is it a high-foaming cleaner?

Yes. Chloradet is specifically formulated to be high-foaming. This is a massive advantage when cleaning vertical walls, as the foam sticks to the surface, extending the chemical contact time needed to break down grime.

Can I use this on aluminum surfaces?

Absolutely NOT. Because Chloradet contains highly active chlorine and caustic alkali, it will instantly react with, pit, and permanently damage soft metals like Aluminum. It is strictly designed for non-porous hard surfaces like tiles and ceramics.

Will it remove ingrained food grease?

Yes, the powerful detergents and alkali base are engineered specifically to rapidly break down and emulsify heavy oils, making them incredibly easy to rinse away.

Should I rinse the surface after applying?

Yes. Because it is a heavy-duty chemical containing bleach and detergents, you MUST thoroughly rinse the surface with clean, fresh water after the required contact time to remove the chemical residue and dissolved dirt.

Is this product safe for the environment?

Yes, while it is a heavy-duty cleaner, Agar Chloradet utilizes biodegradable surfactants, ensuring it breaks down safely in the environment after it has been properly diluted and rinsed down commercial drains.

Can I mix this with other cleaning chemicals?

NEVER mix commercial cleaning chemicals together. Mixing a chlorine-based product with acidic cleaners (like toilet descalers) or ammonia will instantly create highly toxic, life-threatening chlorine gas.

Do you offer trade pricing for healthcare facilities?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for medical centers, commercial cleaning contractors, and hospitality venues ordering bulk hospital-grade cleaning chemicals. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
