Product Description

ATG MaxiFlex Cut™ Ultra Thin Gloves – Level 3 Cut Resistant PPE

The ATG MaxiFlex Cut™ Work Gloves are engineered for professionals who require high-level hazard protection without sacrificing tactile sensitivity. Designed specifically for dry environments, these premium cut-resistant work gloves feature a patented black micro-foam nitrile coating applied to a super thin, seamless knit liner. This innovative CUTtech® fiber blend imparts exceptional cut protection while maintaining an incredibly thin 0.80 mm palm thickness, ensuring outstanding dexterity, sensitivity, and tactility for precision handling tasks.

Durability and ergonomic comfort are critical for long shifts. To maximize longevity, these gloves feature engineered reinforcement between the thumb and forefinger—an inherently weak area prone to rapid wear. For ultimate wearer satisfaction, select models incorporate AD-APT® cooling technology and a highly breathable coating that keeps hands cool and dry. Dermatologically accredited, completely silicone-free, and pre-washed to guarantee they are "Fresh out of the pack," the MaxiFlex Cut™ series sets the gold standard for comfortable, high-performance industrial hand protection.

Who Are These Gloves Ideal For?

The ATG MaxiFlex Cut™ gloves provide the perfect balance of cut defense and bare-hand dexterity. They are highly recommended for:

Precision Assembly Workers: Handling sharp, small components where maximum fingertip sensitivity is required.
Machinists & Metalworkers: Needing an ANSI A2 cut level rating for safe handling of sheet metal and sharp tooling.
Automotive Technicians: Benefitting from the silicone-free and DMF-free construction to prevent contamination on painted surfaces.
Warehouse & Logistics Staff: Requiring durable, breathable commercial PPE that minimizes hand fatigue during long shifts.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Level 3 / ANSI A2 Cut Resistance: Innovative CUTtech® high-performance yarns deliver reliable protection against sharp edges.
Micro-Foam Nitrile Coating: Features a micro-cup finish that optimizes controlled, non-slip grip in dry environments.
Thumb Crotch Reinforcement: Extra toughening between the thumb and forefinger significantly extends the glove's operational life.
Ultra-Thin & Breathable: The 0.80 mm palm thickness and cooling design keep hands dry while offering unparalleled dexterity.
Minimal Lint & Dust: The seamless knit liner is specifically designed to produce minimal lint, keeping your workspace clean.
Skin-Safe & Eco-Friendly: DMF-free, silicone-free, free from SVHCs (REACH compliant), and dermatologically accredited.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Cut Level 3 or ANSI A2 mean?

These ratings indicate the glove provides moderate, highly reliable protection against cuts and abrasions. They are ideal for handling sharp objects like sheet metal, glass edges, or cutting tools where extreme dexterity is still required.

What is the benefit of the reinforcement between the thumb and forefinger?

The 'thumb crotch' is typically the weakest part of any work glove and the first place to tear during heavy lifting or gripping. ATG's engineered reinforcement strengthens this high-stress zone, significantly extending the lifespan of the glove.

Are these gloves suitable for working with oils or wet conditions?

No, the MaxiFlex Cut™ series is specifically optimized with a micro-cup finish designed to deliver exceptional, controlled grip in dry environments. For heavy oil, you would need a fully liquid-proof coated glove.

What does 'Fresh out of the pack' mean?

ATG pre-washes these gloves before they are packaged, and they are dermatologically accredited by the Skin Health Alliance. This ensures they are completely clean, free of hazardous chemicals (SVHCs), and safe against your skin the moment you open them.

Are these gloves silicone-free?

Yes, they are 100% silicone-free and DMF-free. This is crucial for automotive workers and painters, as silicone residue can contaminate surfaces and ruin paint finishes.

Will my hands get sweaty wearing these all day?

No. The patented micro-foam nitrile coating is highly breathable, and the ultra-thin seamless knit liner is designed to wick moisture away, keeping your hands cool and dry even during intense manual labor.

Can I pick up small screws and parts with these on?

Absolutely. With a palm thickness of just 0.80 mm, these gloves offer bare-hand tactility and outstanding dexterity, making them perfect for intricate assembly and precision handling.

Do these gloves leave lint on sensitive components?

No, the seamless knit liner and advanced CUTtech yarns are specifically designed to produce minimal lint and dust, keeping your workspace and delicate components clean.

Can I wash these gloves when they get dirty?

Yes, ATG MaxiFlex gloves can be laundered to remove dirt and sweat. Washing them correctly helps maintain their hygiene and actually extends their usable life on the job.

Do you offer trade pricing for manufacturing and assembly plants?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides competitive trade and bulk pricing for industrial facilities, mechanic shops, and warehouses outfitting their teams with premium PPE. Contact us for a specialized quote.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
