Agar Ultrastrip – Heavy Duty Polish Remover (5L)

Agar Ultrastrip is a powerful, fast-acting polish stripper designed to cut through layers of hardened floor sealer and polish with ease. Its highly effective formula removes stubborn coatings, old wax, and heavy build-up, leaving the floor clean, residue-free, and ready for recoating. Ultrastrip is odourless and low-foaming, making it ideal for use in both commercial and industrial floor care settings.

Ultrastrip is safe on most surfaces including vinyl tile, metal, and wood. It should be diluted when used on rubber and sheet vinyl flooring.

Directions for Use:
Dilute 1 part of Ultrastrip with 10 to 20 parts of cold water depending on the amount of polish build-up. For heavy build-up, you can use a stronger concentration—up to 1:3 dilution. However, for rubber and sheet vinyl floors, always dilute at least 1:20 to avoid surface damage. Mop the solution generously over the floor and allow 10–15 minutes for activation, keeping the floor wet the entire time. Scrub using a black pad with a slow-speed floor machine, focusing on edges where build-up is thicker. Mop up the slurry, then rinse the floor thoroughly with clean hot water. Porous floors should be flood-rinsed and wet-vacuumed to fully remove any remaining solution from surface pores.
