Agar STR-36 is a high-performance floor stripper designed to rapidly remove old polish, heavy build-up, and even semi-permanent water-based sealers. Its super-concentrated, low-foaming formula ensures maximum efficiency with minimal effort—making it ideal for large-scale commercial floor restoration jobs.

STR-36 works powerfully in cold water and has no harsh ammonia smell or caustic powders, making it safer and more pleasant to use than traditional strippers. With fast action and minimal need to re-strip areas, this product helps save labour and reduce downtime.

Directions for Use:
For heavy build-ups, dilute 1 part STR-36 with 4 parts cold water. For standard stripping tasks, use a 1:8 ratio. For linoleum or timber floors, always dilute to at least 1:20. Mop the solution generously over the floor and allow 5–10 minutes for activation. Keep the surface wet and scrub using a black or emerald pad with a slow-speed floor machine. Once complete, mop or vacuum up the slurry and rinse the floor thoroughly three times with clean water. For porous floors, add vinegar or a neutraliser to the middle rinse.
