Agar Bellevue Spray & Wipe Window Cleaner – Commercial Glass Cleaner

Achieve a flawless, crystal-clear finish on all glass surfaces with the highly reliable Agar Bellevue Spray & Wipe Window Cleaner. In commercial retail spaces, corporate offices, and hospitality venues, smudged windows and dirty mirrors create a poor impression for clients and guests. Many standard domestic glass sprays leave a cloudy residue that requires extensive buffing. This professional-grade commercial glass cleaner is specifically formulated to cut through tough fingerprints, grease, and dust instantly. Engineered as an eco-conscious, water-based formulation, it evaporates rapidly to deliver a sparkling, streak-free shine with minimal physical effort, significantly accelerating daily cleaning routines.

Designed to meet the high standards of the Australian commercial cleaning industry, Agar Bellevue provides an exceptional spray-and-wipe experience. It is a hypoallergenic, low-odor formula that contains no ammonia, making it incredibly comfortable for staff to use during long shifts in enclosed areas like bathrooms or elevators. Classified as a non-dangerous good, it ensures safer handling and storage for your facility. Perfect for refilling heavy-duty spray bottles, these premium commercial cleaning chemicals are the dependable choice for cleaning contractors, automotive detailers, and property managers aiming for pristine presentation on windows, mirrors, and display cabinets.

Who Is Agar Bellevue Window Cleaner Ideal For?

Agar Bellevue delivers a streak-free finish, fast-drying performance, and an eco-conscious formulation. It is highly recommended for:

Commercial Cleaning Contractors: Utilizing a highly efficient commercial glass cleaner to rapidly wash massive office windows and glass partitions, eliminating the need for time-consuming buffing and reducing labor costs.
Retail & Showroom Managers: Relying on the professional spray-and-wipe formula to effortlessly remove daily fingerprints and smudges from high-gloss display cabinets and glass entrance doors, ensuring perfect presentation.
Hospitality & Hotel Housekeeping: Taking advantage of the hypoallergenic, low-odor formulation to clean bathroom mirrors and shower screens without leaving harsh chemical smells behind for arriving guests.
Automotive Detailers: Deploying these premium commercial cleaning chemicals to quickly achieve a crystal-clear, streak-free finish on car windshields and interior windows safely.

Key Features and Performance Benefits:

Streak-Free, Fast-Drying Performance: Advanced solvent technology ensures the liquid evaporates quickly and evenly as you wipe, leaving absolutely no cloudy residue or streaks on the glass surface.
Hypoallergenic & Low Odor: Designed for operator comfort. The water-based, ammonia-free formulation produces virtually no smell, making it highly suitable for continuous use in enclosed spaces like elevators and small washrooms.
Eco-Conscious Formulation: A responsible choice for modern businesses. The cleaner utilizes environmentally friendly, water-based chemistry that breaks down safely without harming the surrounding ecosystem.
Non-Dangerous Goods Classification: Streamlines your worksite safety. Because it is not classified as a dangerous good, it is significantly safer and easier to store, transport, and handle across multiple commercial job sites.

Frequently Asked Questions

What surfaces can I clean with Agar Bellevue?

Agar Bellevue is a highly versatile commercial glass cleaner. It is perfectly formulated for use on standard windows, bathroom mirrors, glass doors, display cabinets, shower screens, and automotive glass.

Does this product leave streaks on the glass?

No. Agar Bellevue is specifically engineered with fast-drying solvents. When wiped with a clean microfiber cloth or paper towel, it evaporates evenly and rapidly, ensuring a brilliant, streak-free mirror finish.

Does this glass cleaner contain ammonia?

No. This is a low-odor, hypoallergenic formula that does not contain harsh ammonia. This makes it incredibly comfortable for cleaning staff to use in tight, enclosed spaces without dealing with strong chemical fumes.

Is it safe to use on tinted car windows?

Yes. Because it is an ammonia-free, water-based formulation, Agar Bellevue is generally considered safe for use on standard automotive window tint films without degrading the adhesive.

Do I need to dilute this product before use?

No. Agar Bellevue is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid. You simply decant it directly from the 5L bulk drum into a standard trigger spray bottle and apply it straight to the glass.

Can I use a squeegee with this cleaner?

Yes. While it is designed as a highly efficient 'Spray and Wipe' cleaner for use with cloths, the high-foaming nature of the liquid also makes it highly suitable for professional window cleaners using a traditional squeegee.

Is this product classified as a dangerous good?

No. Agar Bellevue holds a 'Not Dangerous Goods' classification. This makes it much easier and safer for commercial cleaning contractors to store in their supply closets and transport in their work vehicles.

What is the pH level of this cleaner?

Agar Bellevue has a mildly alkaline pH level of 8.5 (± 0.5). This provides the chemical strength needed to cut through greasy fingerprints and oily smudges efficiently while remaining safe for standard glass surfaces.

Can I use it to clean polished stainless steel?

Yes. Professional cleaners frequently use this spray-and-wipe formula to quickly remove light fingerprints and water spots from polished stainless-steel elevator doors and chrome bathroom fixtures, leaving a streak-free shine.

Why is my glass still cloudy after wiping?

If you experience cloudiness, it is almost always because the microfiber cloth or paper towel you are using is already saturated with dirt, or it has been washed with fabric softener. Always use a clean, dry cloth for perfect results.

How should I store the 5L drum?

Store the bulk drum in a cool, dry, well-ventilated commercial supply room, away from direct sunlight, and ensure the cap is tightly sealed when not in use.

Do you offer trade pricing for window cleaning businesses?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides highly competitive volume pricing and trade accounts for commercial cleaning contractors, window washers, and facility managers ordering bulk cleaning chemicals. Contact us to establish your account.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
