Actichem Rhino is a highly concentrated, heavy-duty degreaser and alkaline detergent engineered for the most demanding commercial and industrial cleaning applications. Formulated with a high-performance blend of aggressive solvents and surfactants, Rhino rapidly penetrates and emulsifies heavy grease, baked-on carbon, and stubborn industrial grime. True to its name, this powerful solution delivers consistent, heavy-duty cleaning action in environments where standard degreasers fail.

With a pH of 14, Rhino is designed for intensive soil removal in food manufacturing facilities, commercial kitchens, mining operations, and machine shops. It is exceptionally effective for restoring heavily soiled tile and grout or degreasing concrete warehouse floors. Delivering impressive commercial economy, the concentrated formula can be diluted up to 1:120 for daily maintenance, or applied undiluted for extreme equipment degreasing.

Are there any surfaces I should avoid?

Because it is highly alkaline (pH 14), you must NOT use Rhino on painted surfaces, polymer-coated (sealed) flooring, or non-ferrous metals, particularly aluminium, as it may cause damage or corrosion.

What is the dilution rate for general floor cleaning?

For light to general maintenance cleaning on factory or supermarket floors, dilute Rhino at a ratio of 1:120 to 1:80 (approximately 8-12ml per 1 Litre of water).

How should I dilute it for heavy industrial degreasing?

For heavy soil build-up and deep cleaning, mix at 1:50 to 1:20 (20-50ml per 1 Litre of water). For severe machine and equipment degreasing, the product can be used undiluted.

Can I use Rhino in an automatic floor scrubber?

Yes. Rhino is an excellent heavy-duty detergent for use in walk-behind or ride-on auto scrubbers for cleaning large warehouse and factory floors.

Do I need to rinse the surface after cleaning?

Yes. Because Rhino is a highly concentrated alkaline cleaner, all treated surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with clean, potable water after the required dwell time.

Is this product classified as hazardous?

Yes. Rhino is classified as a Class 8 Corrosive liquid due to its high alkalinity. Appropriate PPE, including protective gloves and safety goggles, must be worn during handling and application.

Does this product have a strong chemical smell?

No. Rhino is formulated without any added fragrances or heavy solvent odors, making it ideal for indoor use where strong chemical smells are undesirable.
