How do I apply it to the floor?

Apply the diluted solution generously to the floor using a mop. Allow it to sit (dwell) for 5 to 10 minutes so the chemical can melt the wax. Do not let it dry. Then, scrub the floor aggressively with a rotary machine equipped with a Black stripping pad.

How do I remove the melted wax slurry?

Use a wet vacuum or an auto-scrubber to immediately suck up the liquefied wax and chemical slurry from the floor before it has a chance to dry and re-harden.

Do I need to rinse the floor after stripping?

Yes, absolutely. Floor strippers are highly alkaline. You must rinse the bare floor thoroughly with clean water (or a slightly acidic neutralizer) to remove all chemical residue. If the floor is not neutralized, the new polish will not stick and will peel off.
