Actichem Grout Restore 60 AP159 is a high-powered phosphoric acid cleaner formulated with 60% active acid concentration for intensive restoration of tiles, grout and masonry surfaces. Designed for professional builders cleans and restoration contractors across Australia, this industrial-strength formula rapidly dissolves cement residues, grout haze, efflorescence and heavy mineral scale.

With added penetrating agents and detergents, Grout Restore 60 delivers deep cleaning performance where lower-strength acid cleaners fail. It is ideal for large-scale construction clean-ups, washrooms, showers, pool surrounds and aged grout restoration projects.

Surface Compatibility & Safety

Not suitable for acid-sensitive surfaces including marble, limestone, granite, terrazzo, engineered stone or natural stone. Avoid contact with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Dilution & Application Guidelines

Heavy-Duty (Cement, Efflorescence, Scale): 1:4 – 1:8 (200–110ml/L)
Light-Duty / Grout Residue: 1:30 – 1:40 (30–20ml/L)

Apply to limited sections at a time using mop, brush, rotary scrubber or autoscrubber. Do not allow solution to dry. Allow 10–30 minutes reaction time and agitate as required. Extract slurry and rinse thoroughly.

Neutralise residues using a 1:300 solution of T&G Cleaner Pro or Proneutro after heavy-duty cleaning.
