Product Description

Cleanstar KITD12 – 12m Ducted Vacuum Hose & Professional Accessory Kit

The Cleanstar KITD12 is a premium-grade central vacuum accessory system engineered to enhance the cleaning performance and reach of residential and commercial ducted vacuum installations. At the center of this kit is a high-tensile 12-metre silver reinforced hose, designed to provide extensive coverage across large floor plans without the loss of suction or the risk of structural kinking. As a high-performance replacement or upgrade, the KITD12 ensures a seamless, airtight interface between your ducted wall inlet and a suite of professional-standard cleaning tools.

This comprehensive kit features the world-renowned Wessel-Werk combination floor tool, a German-engineered attachment that provides effortless transitions between carpeted surfaces and hard flooring. For professional results, the system includes a heavy-duty chrome telescopic wand and an ergonomic curved handle, allowing for precise control and reach in elevated or confined areas. Whether integrated into a new build or used to modernize an existing system, the Cleanstar KITD12 delivers industrial-level durability with a refined user experience, ensuring maximum airflow efficiency from the ducted motor to the cleaning surface.

Advanced Component Integrity & Tool Versatility

The Cleanstar KITD12 system is built for longevity, utilizing high-quality chrome and reinforced plastics that withstand the daily rigors of high-frequency cleaning. The inclusion of a winged dusting brush and a precision crevice tool allows for detailed maintenance of upholstery, delicate furniture, and tight architectural spaces. The standard banded hose cuff ensures universal compatibility with the majority of ducted vacuum wall valves, making this kit the definitive choice for facility managers and homeowners seeking a reliable, leak-free ducted vacuum solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the KITD12 compatible with my existing ducted vacuum brand?

Yes. The Cleanstar KITD12 uses a standard 32mm connection and a universal banded cuff. It is compatible with most major brands including Hills, Valet, Aussie Vac, Premier Clean, and iVac.

What is the benefit of the 12-metre hose length?

A 12m hose is ideal for larger homes or commercial offices where wall inlets are spaced further apart. It allows you to clean multiple rooms from a single point, reducing the frequency of moving the hose between inlets.

Can I use this hose to turn the vacuum on and off at the handle?

No. This is a 'Standard' hose. The vacuum starts automatically when the metal banded cuff is inserted into the wall inlet and stops when it is removed. If you require a handle-switch, you would need a 'Switched Hose' kit.

Is the Wessel-Werk floor tool better than standard nozzles?

Absolutely. Wessel-Werk is the industry leader in nozzle technology. Their floor tools feature superior airflow channels and high-quality brushes that lift more dust from deep within carpet fibers compared to generic alternatives.

Will the 12m hose cause a drop in suction power?

Cleanstar reinforced hoses are designed with smooth internal bores to minimize friction. If your ducted motor is in good condition, you should not experience any noticeable loss of suction compared to a shorter 9m hose.

Does the chrome telescopic wand rust?

The wands are finished with high-quality chrome plating designed to resist corrosion and wear. To maintain them, simply wipe away any moisture if they are used to clean damp areas.

What is a 'winged' dusting brush?

The winged dusting brush features a wider profile with soft bristles, making it perfect for cleaning larger surfaces like skirting boards, blinds, and vents without scratching the paint or finish.

Can I buy replacement parts for this kit later?

Yes. One of the benefits of the Cleanstar system is that all components (floor tools, brushes, wands) are standard 32mm size and can be replaced individually if needed.

Is the hose material safe for my floor finishes?

The silver reinforced hose is made from a lightweight, non-marking plastic. However, for high-gloss timber or delicate tiles, some users prefer to add a 'hose sock' to provide an extra layer of protection against scuffing.

Do you offer trade pricing for ducted vacuum installers?

Yes, Freshway Supplies provides competitive trade pricing for installers, builders, and facility management firms. Contact us for a volume quote on Cleanstar kits.

They earned it! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Abe absolutely deserves this one.

I rang ready to spend nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t in stock for pickup and would take seven days to arrive. Abe said he’d call me back.

Five minutes later, he had found one in stock at another business in Parramatta — and negotiated the same discount for me there.
He had just lost the sale, yet he was genuinely happy he could help. That says everything.

This is how an excellent reputation is earned: day by day, customer by customer. Could not possibly ask for more.

Thank you, Abe — AWESOME service!
