Bionil is a highly concentrated quat-based sanitiser that combines powerful germ-killing action with excellent cleaning performance, specifically designed for food processing and preparation areas. This fragrance-free, high-foam formula is suitable for kitchens, washrooms, animal facilities, and emergency clean-up jobs like floods or sewage spills.

Directions For Use:

• General Surface Cleaning:
  • Heavy soil: 1:25
  • Medium soil: 1:50
  • Mop, scrub, then rinse with clean water
• Immersion Cleaning (Pots, Utensils):
  • Dilute 1:75, soak 10 mins, scrub, rinse with potable water
• Sink Washing:
  • Dilute 1:80, wash then rinse and air dry
• Foam Gun Application:
  • Use neat in gun, spray foam, allow 5 mins, rinse thoroughly
• CIP/Recirculation:
  • Dilute 1:100 with 50–80°C water, recirculate 10–20 mins, rinse
• Flood Restoration / Sewerage Spills:
  • Heavy soil: 1:25 | Medium soil: 1:50
  • Leave on surface for 5 mins, then mop or hose down
