Actichem Tile & Grout Restore (AP160) is a powerful low-pH cleaner designed for restoring heavily soiled tiles and grout lines. This advanced formula removes years of built-up mineral scale, cement residue, efflorescence, and embedded grime—without the harshness of traditional acid cleaners.

Free from hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, and phosphoric acids, AP160 is safer for both users and surfaces, making it ideal for tough restoration jobs in bathrooms, showers, pool surrounds, and builder cleans.

How to Use:
For heavy-duty cleaning and restoration, dilute 1 part T&G Restore with 10–30 parts water. Apply the solution to a small, manageable area with a mop or scrubber and agitate using a suitable pad or brush. Allow 10–30 minutes dwell time and re-agitate. Rinse thoroughly and neutralize any remaining residue using a mild alkaline cleaner such as T&G Cleaner Pro or Proneutro. For lighter cleaning, dilute up to 1:100 and follow the same steps. Always pre-test before use.
