Actichem Instaseal is a high-performance, water-based sealer formulated to protect porous hard floor surfaces from wear, staining, and degradation.

Using advanced thermoplastic technology, Instaseal delivers a tough, semi-permanent finish with outstanding resistance to scuff marks, black heel marks, and water blotching.

Ideal for interior and exterior use, this low-sheen sealer tenaciously bonds to concrete, terrazzo, slate, marble, vinyl, pavers, and other porous surfaces. It also serves as a perfect base coat for high-gloss topcoats like Actichem Instagloss, enhancing both durability and cleanability in high-traffic areas such as shopping centres, foyers, and public walkways.

Product Specifications:

• Coverage: 50–80m² per litre per coat (depending on surface porosity)
  

Application Instructions:

• Apply 2–4 thin, even coats using a clean polish applicator
• Allow each coat to dry for 30–40 minutes before reapplying
• For use as a base coat, apply 2 coats of Instaseal followed by 2–3 coats of Instagloss
• Let the floor cure for at least 12 hours before returning to regular use

Maintenance:
Clean with Actichem ProNeutro Neutral Cleaner. For added gloss, use Instabuff Super on smooth floors.
