We are requesting with urgency that you contact us if you have have purchased the MF2601 Misting Fan from you between 1st March 2021 and 30th January 2024.

Please request they stop using the product immediately and return the product to your store for a replacement unit or refund.

If you can not return it to your store location, please have them contact BAR or forward their details to us and we will guide them to their nearest BAR dealer or service agent and manage their request.
