How Britex Spotguard® works in Spot N Stain:
When a spill occurs a stain is left behind. This is because the dyes in the liquid spilt, are soaked up in the vacant dye sites in a carpet’s fibres. During a carpet and fabric dying process, some parts of the carpet fibres are missed leaving the carpet with vacant dye sites.
It is these vacant dye sites in your carpet fibres that contribute to those hard to leave stains in your carpets.
Spotguard® is a specially formulated, stain protector unique to Britex products.
Spotguard® works by plugging the vacant dye stands, so no room is left in your carpet and fabric for dyes from spills to stain your precious carpets and fabrics. This scientific formulation is unique and is only available in the Britex Carpet Cleaning range.
