- Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
Delivery:
- Dispatch of goods is arranged through Freshway Cleaning Supplies.
- All parcels will be despatched with Standard Delivery with any freight couriers like TNT, Toll, Fastway, Australia Post and others unless otherwise advised and pre-arranged by customer
- All parcels will be sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) at customer premises unless otherwise specified. For signature delivery, redelivery & parcel redirection, customer must always contact Freshway Supplies and advise us. Please note: The change of delivery options may attract additional fees. The redelivery fee is $35 per attempt of delivery.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is within 2-3 days.
- No weekend or after hours delivery available.
- Freshway Supplies is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- Replacements, or repairs of items are sent by prepaid postage.
- If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following
- Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted)
- Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases and Click & Collect)
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Freshway Supplies will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
- You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase;
- The item is in a saleable condition;
- The return postage cost is paid by you
- The refund will exclude the original freight cost to you
- In some cases, special order times re-stock fees will apply
- Sale, special order, clearance products & those with hygiene risks are not applicable for the return
